Fit & Healthy Centre - Fitness & Personal Training Studio

I did not want to train in a typical mega gym. At 55 I was looking for personal guidance to help set and achieve goals related to fitness and diet. On a recommendation I gave F&H a try. 5 years later I still train 3 days a week and I my quality of life has improved as a direct result. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is non confrontational and comfortable regardless of your level of fitness.

Joined a month ago, and really pleased. Facility and equipment is very clean and sanitized regularly, which is reassuring in these COVID times. Physical distancing is easy also. Not crowded or over busy!! Flo is very professional and knowledgeable, and cares about his client's needs and goals. Trainers are awesome and knowledgeable and customize programs to your needs and abilities. Seeing results also, which is encouraging!

I’ve been coming to Fit & Healthy Centre for three years now and going to the gym is the best part of my day. The atmosphere is not intimidating whatsoever and the amount guidance I have received is amazing. The trainers are very helpful and are very supportive and active in trying to help you reach your goal. If you’re looking to get results and are considering having a personal trainer, I highly recommend this place.

I've joined Fit and Healthy several months ago. I lost a total of 30 lbs to date. I feel more energy, I like the personal approach and the very knowledgeable staff. The small environmental design is a huge plus.

I've been a trainer here at Fit and Healthy for roughly 2 months. The environment is perfectly suited for professionals looking to achieve their fitness goals. Through my experience I believe that working here has allowed me to use an array of skills in order to help individuals achieve their goals. Fit and Healthy Centre is very professional!!! I am so glad that i am being here with their professional team! And I lost 10 lbs so far by doing workout with them. i had personal training for strength with Flo for 5 months, I can tell that he is really professional and he cares about his clients. It's not only a simply training class, he always tries to understand what you want to be to customize the class. I really enjoyed working with him. Now i am taking Group class for endurance three times a week with other two great trainers - Chester and Austen, i love the class they customized to us and it's fun to work together with other ladies. I highly recommend Fit and Healthy Centre!

I have been a long time member with Fit & Healthy and Flo has always been my go to person to get back in shape. I came back last year, with a huge goal, and really serious about not only getting in shape, but making a healthy lifestyle change. Flo spent time with me, to set me up with his program, healthy meal planning, personal training and positive encouragement that, I would be able to achieve results with him and his program. I am happy to say I have made a huge lifestyle change, lost 38 pounds and getting the figure I never thought I would have again. Excellent personal fitness studio with great management and knowledgeable personal trainers. A variety of programs tailored to the individual fitness goals. So much better compared to other studios and mega clubs. I highly recommend Flo and his team!

Such a great place to work in out. The gym is excellent but Florin working there as a trainer is a real asset to the team. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great dj, spinning the tracks at the gym.

Great gym, very comfortable atmosphere, never crowded or over busy. Flo and his team are awesome. Everyone is so friendly.
