All the workers at the 112 Ave location were extremely helpful and professional. Checked in throughout my move to make sure we were okay and brought waters to me and my movers. 10/10 would recommend.

I would highly recommend access storage located @ 100 canadian Rd, New built with clean and great storage spaces, but most of all amazing customer service especially Sienna, she goes over and beyond for her clients.

Access Storage provided a fantastic experience for my first ever use of personal storage. The customer service is exceptional and very friendly, and Sienna was very helpful and always smiling. Didi was very patient with my initial tour and all the questions that I had. The facility is very easy to access with your code, and well-maintained. I would definitely use again if I ever needed storage.

Very easily setup a reservation, late on a Sunday evening. AL the paperwork was very easy, Lori walked me through every step of the way. When we got to our storage unit it looked like it had been cleaned with a fine tooth comb. Very impressed with the speed, accuracy and politeness of everyone at access storage. I’ve used this storage facility twice now and it was a great experience. Unit was shovelled out and ready to go when we got there. The customer service was excellent and the booking process was simple. They have a great deal on your first month as well $26!
