Shanthiny is my Accountant for 8 years. She is very good in her work and handle all of my issues. Whatever problem comes to me in regards to my tax, then shes the only one I can recommend to anyone because my personal experience is very satisfying and I can rely on her as she is very honest plus very very good at her work, very professional.

Horrible experience , unprofessional and Impatient.I was here to file my taxes which was the bad choice I made. I had an issue with my tax return done by ( shanthiny prabagaran) when I mail her regarding my issue she replied me to call CRA if that is the case why should I come to you and pay you for nothing.was also very impatient to answer any questions we have.Very bad experience.strongly negative

Horrible experience. Shanthiny filed our taxes, she was so rude and has no patience to explain when a question is being asked. When I asked her a doubt regarding my tax returns, she simply shut me off saying that she is not conducting any tax course and I am incapable of understanding taxes. I unnecessarily took a friend along with me and wasted her time and money too.Mercury tax is good but don’t ever go to this office where shanthiny is.Totally unprofessional attitude towards the clients.

If you want CRA on your head and have some extra cash sitting around that you can pay to CRA when they ask you to pay instead of receiving tax return. Worst service ever. Also the worst part that she would not answer the calls anymore or reply the emails. It's been a nightmare since I got my taxes done here. DO NOT GO HERE.

Bad attitude towards clients when we had a doubt while filing personal tax for the first after immigrating to Canada.Shanthiny, the person who filed our tax, Calls the clients incapable of understanding her when she is incapable of making us understand how the tax filing works for new immigrants.Very expensive. Charges $40 per T4, where as Mercury Tax in Scarborough charges $60 per family irrespective of how many T4s.Would not recommend this branch.

I usually do my own taxes. However, this year decided to go to Mercury Tax as my roommate recommended me to Shanthiny. I'm more than please with her services. She answered all my questions. She was friendly, professional and completed my taxes before the deadline regardless of me going to her last minute. My roommate and I will be contacting her for our taxes next year. I highly recommend her.

Filed my 2020 and 2021 return here and I'm very happy with the service. Shanthiny is extremely kind, attentive and detail-oriented and secured a great tax return for me. The process was seamless and Shanthiny was very communicative. I strongly recommend filing your taxes with Shanthiny!
