Aminul was very informative and friendly when we first came in, and we talked a couple of times before finally deciding to buy there. We were offered lower prices elsewhere but Aminul was so helpful that we chose to pay a bit more. Also, later, my wife couldn’t get her watch to pair with her phone and a staff member got it working for her. Overall a very good experience.

Overall very bad experience. It wasn’t because of the people in store, it was the people over the phone.Came in to change name on file, ended up staying in the store for almost 1 hour. Not sure what was said between the call centre and the store employee, but they created a whole new account without my permission and almost closed my current one. I could have lost all the phone numbers on file.Finally completed it and by the time you know it, almost an hour passed. I would be VERY clear if I was you to make sure something like this doesn’t happen. And you don’t have to go in store for something like changing account details. You can do it over the phone.

I went in today to ask a few questions about upgrades, plans, etc.I was lucky enough to have Taran as my sales associate, he was able to answer all my questions, walked me through the different plans that were available, and helped me set up my new phone as well. Despite it taking a while for the data transfer and set up, he made me feel welcomed and kept up conversation which made the time fly. His honesty and kindness throughout the entire experience made it worth going in today.Thank you Taran!!
