Park Place Nails

Somehow they always manage to fit me in! I may have to come back in an hour but on the days I fail to plan they rescue me.I'd had an amazing - AMAZING - set of tips put on two weeks ago and needed to file them down so I could still type and they maintained the shape and elegance and I still feel like a million dollars.Then a suggestion Would you like me to clean up your eyebrows?" YES PLEASE! I have wild brows and never know what to do with them and now I feel like a lady ... if only I could learn to behave like one :D"

I had my manicure and pedicure shellac done by May. She did an awesome job as always! She’s also so nice to talk to!

Went in for the first time with my friend, they where extremely busy so we didn’t mind waiting. When we finally got seated she got an older lady and I got a younger one with glasses , right off the bat my friend and I saw that the older one we rushing and not taking her time at all while the one with glasses was talking her time . My friend and I where extremely surprised when she got her full set plus the colour done in less the 30 min she was also disappointed because she had told the lady 3 times that she wanted a square shape with no rounded tips yet she did not listen and did the opposite she was also being extremely aggressive to a point where my friend thought her tip was going to fall off because of the aggressiveness of the lady . How ever with me the lady with glasses was taking her time and focusing on the detail of the photo I showed her , it was not until the older lady said something to her and they switched places . This is when things went down hill. All I asked was for French nails three in white two in purple and 4 little flowers. I started to notice that the older lady was working way to fast not paying attention to details which caused my French nails to not be straight and there are bubbles in my nails as well as a small hole and the lines are not straight and there is a random dot of white and a hair in on of my nails .Needless to say that we both had bad experiences with this one lady and all we can say is that she should let the person who started finish there work she should pay more attention to what the customer wants that’s in front of them instead of the wanted to finish quick to get someone else in that chair, she should slow down not rush and focus on what she is doing to make sure she is doing it right.I honestly believe that if the lady with the glasses where to have finished my nails it would have turned out how I wanted it since she was doing a fantastic job.Very disappointed will not be recommending this place to anyone .Last thing place do not rush don’t over expand yourself if you feel that you can get as many people done and do not rush your job since we are the once paying for these sets .

Edit: now all of the nails are broken/chippedI got a shellac manicure done a few days ago. Service was nice and fast. She had to redue a nail cause there was a smudge. However she only did one coat. I didn't think of it at the time but the nail was very weak and broke off 2 days later. The one beside it is also now breaking. So now I've paid $50 for a less than 48 hour shellac manicure :/

I really like this place. They are open Sundays which is a huge win. They are definitely a volume based salon but I like being able to get in last minute on evenings and weekends. They always do a good job.

May is my most favourite nail tech! She is so fast and does the best nails I have ever had! 100/10

Nice and clean but I Always feel super rushed there. It’s nice to be in and out quickly if the job is done well.I’ve only been 3 times but out of those 3 times I was only happy 1 time.I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time so I know when they are done right! Nails are not cheap to get done so you would appreciate them doing a great job.

I went in to get a manicure and due to a communication problem I got a change in nail polish only. I will take all responsibility for that - totally my fault!He offered to cut my nails at least. However, I got the worst nail cut I have had in my life. My nails were cut at different lengths and some were square and some were round.The polish had bubbles and pooled at the bottom.I came home and fixed my nails myself...
