They have good cell service in this area. The prepaid phones are available at high discounts. Data plans are priced similarly to Verizon.

I felt great about buying a phone and cell service from Hannah at US Cellular in Presque Isle. I got a great value, there was no pressure, no hard upsell, and she was very easy to work with. I got a plan that matched my budget and not only would go back in the future, I'd recommend it to anyone in The County who needs a phone.

Manager Amy and staff Zac are very helpful. We are vacationing in Maine for three months and our cell service from Florida does not work in the cabin in Maine. This company is able to meet our requirements with a prepaid plan with hotspots at a reasonable rate. We are happy to be connected. Great company! Great service!

The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes the wait is way too long, but they always seem to be able to fix whatever problem I am having with the exception of stopping the auto credit card payment and sending me the bill for me to pay. It took 7 months for this to finally get done. Jon Ouellette was most helpful, with his help we finally accomplished this. He also helped me yesterday. I find him to be very knowledgable, helpful and reassuring. Hang onto that young man.

Amy, the assistant manager, is always so courteous whenever I go in to have my holes cleaned. She gets her tools out and cleans them thoroughly. She’s very quick about it too. Always a pleasant experience. And Kole, an associate there, is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He’s helped me with my services and devices too many times to count. I can’t recommend this location enough.
