We had a great experience with NCR. What started with emergency demo work from a small leak turned into us having NCR look after a full kitchen and bathroom renovation for us. They were incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through a number of design changes, and managed the project very close to their original timeline and estimate. They always gladly handled the few add-ons we also threw at them along the way. We are thrilled with the result, and would recommend without hesitation!

I would like to share our experience with Northern Capital Restorations. There was a blockage in a main sewer line out on our street and unfortunately several homes on the street were affected. we all had sewer water come up our basement drains and flood into our homes. Our Insurance company had NCR come to our home that very night. They were very professional and attentive. They completely sealed off the basement to the rest of the house and got to work cleaning up the mess. By the next morning the carpet was removed, the walls that were wet were removed half way up, the insulation was removed and everything was clean and sanitized. Our personal belongings were taken away to be cleaned and our furniture was cleaned and drying. The house smelled fresh to my wife's relief. My next door neighbor was not so lucky as they has a different company come to their house. They didn't have anyone show up until the next day, and had to endure the stress and smell over night. After the basement was dry NCR started putting things back together immediately. They helped my wife through all the decisions like new carpet and paint colors and made a terrible situation into a pleasant one for her. Our house was completely repaired within 8 weeks and we even updated a bathroom. My neighbor is now in their 4th month with their company and are truly unhappy.I recommend NCR to anyone having an insurance claim or just wants to renovate. They were wonderful to deal with and the work was top notch!
