The Spa is gorgeous! The facilities are clean and beautiful. The reception was friendly and provided excellent service. The massage therapists were professional and did an amazing job. My partner and I loved everything about the experience and cannot wait to return!

Our experience at Xylia was AMAZING! From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door today and we were greeted by Patricia we knew we were off to a GREAT start! She was so welcoming and warm. She's the perfect start to a fantastic experience.I had Sophia for my massage. WOW!!! I've had a lot of massages in my life and this was right up there with the best of them. I will definitely be back to see her!My boyfriend had Michael for his massage and was equally impressed!This was our first visit to Xylia Spa.. but certainly not our last!Would highly, highly recommend you check them out.

Not my best spa experience but the front staff person when I went was amazing. They had me sit in the front area instead of my room where I could have rain showered before my massage which was average. Rain massage shower was amazing but told by masseuse I had to be out in 20 minutes so it was a rush. After that going to another floor pool was not so appealing. Plus steam was extra, much different then The Willow stream spa in the PAC Rim Fairmont. Bought on travelzoo to try out, wondering if that is why sub par. Probably won’t go back .

My friend and I booked massages. He had a back problem and was discussed with the CMT, he came out feeling fantastic! We used the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area for a bit to continue enjoying the Spa experience. The staff was so nice doing everything to provide great customer service. We will be back for sure!

My fiancé had a nice massage at this spa a few weeks ago. The facilities were clean and modern and the front desk staff were very friendly. They also gave us access to the hotel pool and hot tub which we loved.Some areas for improvement:- the price point is very high- we were told that you have to pay to use the showers and other amenities in your room which is crazy considering the we paid $256 for a massage!- the massage was okay but not great

Unparalleled pampering and relaxation experience at it's finest! Very private and welcoming. Heated massage tables, private bathrooms and colour-infused steam showers. I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial (which includes some body massage) or a RMT massage. Also, if you plan to go with a partner, the couples room is exquisite. Private jacuzzi for two with a steam fire and daybed to rest after treatment. You may request bubbles in the jacuzzi. The team genuinely cares about each spa guest, and it shows.

From the moment we walked in and the warm greeting we received from Lana, we had a wonderful experience. You have your own room with locker, shower/steam room, bathroom and massage table with fireplace! Massage was great. A lovely snack of fruits and chocolates, and a gift package tailored to the aromatherapy we had chosen (choice of mountain, forest, garden) was gifted to us. Since we chose not to swim that day, Lana has offered for us to come back another time and use that portion of our package. Now that’s above and beyond! Thank you for a truly lovely time.

Amazing couples spa experience. The staff were so friendly and inviting. The steam shower is an amazing experience and by no means did you ever feel rushed. The couples massage were curated to both our individual needs and the massage therapist were by far amazing. The jet tub and day bed were perfect for after the massage to relax and nibble on some snacks and hydrate. Would highly recommend Xylia Spa to anyone looking for a high quality experience.

Excellent! We had a remarkable experience.Lena is super friendly and made us feel super comfortable. Great customer service, nice vibe and amenities. Exactly the experience we were hoping for, and worth every penny. Yes! I recommend this spot to all my friends. Service was first class.

Great experience here! The RMT massage from Sophia was amazing and the service was fantastic. Pierre (at the front desk) was very polite and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.
