Escents Aromatherapy

PATHETIC customer service. I ordered 2 30ml oil blends that after tax came to about $130. On my order page, it said I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number. After a couple of days I did not receive the email or tracking number. I called their “customer service” line 3 times, over 3 different days, and left 3 different voicemails expressing my concerns. Not once was my phone call returned. About 5 days after my first phone call, I sent an email to their customer service email address. My email was answered that same day, to which I thanked them for being prompt and we were able to sort out my issue with the location of my oils. In my last email I was sure to express my negative experience in regards to being unable to get ahold of anyone at the business for 5 days. Not only did the company not apologize, offer any kind of compensation or did anything to make it right, they just simply ignored my email altogether. After spending $130 at this company they couldn’t even have the basic decency to ensure I received the proper information in regards to my package, or apologize for their poor customer service. I had a friend who was planning a large order with Escents, but has since decided against it due their extreme lack of respect for their customers. I’m not sure who is responsible for the customer service at Escents Aromatherapy, but they need to be highly reevaluated. Pathetic.

Update website, until check out, I didn't know the price is USD, not CAD anymore, no credit, can't trust their products!!!

Hi I am deeply disappointed that you no longer carry Willow it was my favourite scent & was one I always ordered. I am hoping you return to selling this amazing scent again as I am down to my last bottle I’m using sparingly. ☹️

Product is good (when exchanged) but customer service seriously needs to improve.Had an issue with my order and emailed them a week ago (no reply yet)and calling them and still waiting for them to call me back within an hour. Last time I'm ordering from them.

My orders are always packed very well with a personalized thank you note! Love smelling the sample scents too to find some new oils ☺️ Escents is always my go to

I was introduced to Escents Aromatherapy a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. I have used several products. To name a few, shampoo & conditioner, deodorant, soap, diffuser oil, diffuser, hand cream and body spray. Breeze is my go to, love the bergamont and oakmoss scent. Never disappointed with the product or quality and also happy to support local. Highly recommend. I have also introduced my daughter to their products as well. Highly Recommend !!!!!

Escents is the only place that carries my Cold Sore Gel. I know cold sores are inconvenient, but this works on the pain & healing it quickly. The thought that went into it shows the intuitively picked products available. Thanks for your great services!

I recently ordered a blend off the website, it arrived in a timely manner but was NOT the scent it was described to be (I have the blend from previous years and know what it was supposed to smell like). I asked if I was able to exchange or return, they just sent me the robot response you can return to this address we do not cover shipping unless there was a shipping error". I contacted further because the blend was wrong

I love love their products…aromatherapy has become an important part of my daily routine. The power aromatherapy can have on our moods is unbelievable!
