Phoned for a quote for ceiling insulation. Date and time set up. waited and waited. Agent was supposed to show up at a particular date and time, date has come and gone, no agent, no phone call, going a different direction.

I would highly highly highly not recommend going with this company very very disappointed with every aspect of the job that they had done. They have not laid anything down on my staircase or my hardwood floors until the second day. So we ended up having to cover up our hardwood floors with laminate flooring because we couldn’t get the spray foam completely off our hardwood floors. We have to re-sand our staircase and pull out all the staples from the Runners on the stairs. The mass that they had left when they had finished we were expected to clean up. We had scheduled them for one day to be here we had other contractors coming, they did not have enough product because they did not schedule us for that full day they showed up at 2 o’clock in the afternoon on that first day. Then it up being here for two more days, we did not intend on missing work for. Now we end up having to pay the full bill they are not discounting us or helping us with any repairs that we have to do, when they said they would. That is the cost of business they said.

Everyone is friendly helpful and knowledgeable, the work done was excellent! Highly recommended!
