I.D.A. - Rx Drug Mart Jasper

I spoke with Lee Anne this afternoon(apologies if I spelled your name wrong). So I bought a bracelet for myself while I was vacationing in Jasper & lost it somehow, Lee Anne went above & beyond to find the exact same piece for me & to have it shipped over miles away, She is an asset to the pharmacy & such a wonderful person, I am truly touched by this gesture & have only nice things to say about this place & the entire staff♥️

Price on baby formula at this location is extremely hiked. I understand making money off tourism but that is just stealing from customers that have a hungry baby to feed. 58$ for a small 900 g can. Unreal.

I get my prescriptions from this place every time. Today I went in to fill one, and one of the pharmacists said it would be over an hour because they had an injury. I had no problem with that because I could go get groceries and come back. I was in the store shopping for a few minutes, and the other pharmacist came up to me with prescription already filled! I was incredibly grateful and surprised! These people are always good to me when I go here!

I found the Pharmacist, Mr. Wilneff , very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this Pharmacist and this pharmacy.

Brutal prices, service and overall experience. I go here one day for a prescription and get great service from a male pharmacist. Wife goes here for daughters prescription next day and female pharmacist wines, complains and is completely over the top agitated about having to mix the medication. Then the price of diapers was through the roof although probably status quo for Jasper. Said she doesn’t have ingredients for the meds and to go back to the dr to get something different. Then purposely said she would take into the evening to make meds and all but told us to pound sand. Walk the 50 feet down to Pharmasave and save yourself a headache. Pharmasave happily took the prescription and filled it within the hour. One of the worst business experiences ever overshadows the good day prior. They should probably have a chat with whoever this female pharmacist is.

We were visiting Jasper and unfortunately a few things were misplaced in our travels. We stopped in I.D.A pharmacy and spoke with a young gentleman, Daniel, who immediately was able to refill our prescription from our home pharmacy’s by calling in to speak with our pharmacist. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed especially when we were so far away from home.

Daniel and the pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! They go above and beyond with their services and are quick to answer any questions you may have, you can tell they truly care for their customers.

For a first time visitor to Rexall, the pharmacist Tasha went above and beyond for our travel immunisation. She explained the types of risks we would face in each country, mitigation strategies and provided us with the immunizations we required for safe travels.

Came in here for a few odd things. We asked the pharmacist about potential wait times for Covid vaccines. I was given A prompt answer which was nice. Staff was friendly. This store had a great little selection of a little bit of everything!

We were in Jasper for Easter. Our daughter forgot her asthma inhaler. I called the pharmacy 1/2 hour before they closed. A person answered the phone (not a phone system). They wrote a prescription themselves and had it ready within 20 minutes. Saved our weekend! Thank you!
