We ordered 4 Amritsari kulcha & chana.. food is amazing at this place. They took 32 minutes to make my order but food was surely delicious, worth waiting for. Not sure if 32 minutes is reasonable time for mall food court place. Employee who served was very rude & non hygienic. She was tiny, slim & short girl.

Worst customer service... The girls in the front are so arrogant and do not want to serve you. Asked them at 7:30 how long are they open, they said 9 but come and place order by 8:30. I go by 8 and then the lady says only pav bhaji and pakora available. They can't keep cooking so they can't make it. She was so rude and was not even ready come to take order for what was available. Around 8:35 I saw some folks picking more items and there was another lady who said they have items. Even though food quality was decent their poor service made it unpleasant for us.

I ordered Dahi balla from this location. It was the worst experience ever. They are serving worst quality which is even tasteless. Garnishing level is zero. If your customer is paying you, then it’s your responsibility to pay him the best quality food.

If it’s possible to give 0 my rating would be 0 start. No professionalism no customer service. I waited there for 5-8 mins to place my order, the girl at the front counter didn’t bother herself to greet us at least. I understand it was busy but there is a way to greet your customers. When I said hi to her, her answer was “you have to wait” instead of a polite reply.

Is it channa bhalla or tikki channa?Do you think customer is stupid enough that he wont able to identify the difference between bhalla ( used for dahi bhalla) or tikki which made with boiled potato mash and crispy crust. I regret i didnt opted for dining and would have returned it immediately. I ordered for tikki channa and it was take out.Disgusting service. Manager pls look into it. I would suggest people to check their item always.

My experience has not been good. Ordered Tikki chat and the tikki were floating in a very thin yougurt as if I had ordered a curry. I won’t go there again.We ordered around noon yesterday and it was a Dine in. And i think our number was #18-> Tikki Chat + Cholle Bhatturay + Mango Lasi + Tea and total was $ $28.78.Happy to take this review off as my intention is not to effect your business but to help improve it.

Worst customer service. A girl with spectacles has zero customer service skill giving a bad look to customers as why they are ordering and she has to work. We ordered chole batura, bhel puri and chana tiki. All three full of salt and absolutely inedible food served by her. If unhappy working why don’t you leave the job. Paid $50 for disgusting food.
