This place needs to be more generous with their ingredients. Compared to what I get from other locations, their sub was not worth the price. I was mostly tasting the bread. Don't try to save $$ with ingredients and lose your customers. I will never be returning to this location.

Subway has been one of my favorite spots till now .and amazing subs with options of breads to select and meat vegi options and load and loads of sauces to go withFriendly service all the time products are fresh .

Absolutely loved the service provided and the staff was so attentive. Place is well kept, clean and safe. Compared to most food outlets around the same neighborhood, this subway is really nice and spacious. An always go to for me!

Little to no communication, no smiles, no energy, and slower than hell. Not to mention the price? I'm an avid Subway eater. I get the same thing everytime. Its a BYO sub. What normally is 17$ to 24$... how does 1 footlong sub come out to 30$+? Never taking my service.

Worst subway location ever. Portion is small, don’t waste your time. I check some recent review and it was submit in the same day in an couple hours. Fake reviews, so shameful for the owner.

ever wanted to wait 15 mins before someone even starts making your sub when no one is in line in front of you? Well then you’re in luck! I’ve stopped going to subway because of how much I dislike this location. If you live nearby, I’d recommend driving to a langley location instead, you’ll make it there and back before they finish making your sub at this location.

Unfortunately not a good experience. I was the only one in the store today and the two women working made me wait 10MINUTES before I was allowed to order because they wanted to complete all of the online orders before serving me. I wanted extra meat, which they didn’t have prepared for the cold cut combo so the woman helping me had to go back and refill the whole container which took another couple of minutes for her to do. The woman seemed a bit out of it, and even laughed/ made fun at the sandwich order I made which was very uncomfortable to experience. Later while I was eating my sandwich there was someone’s hair BAKED INTO the bread. I couldn’t finish eating it because it was very gross. From what I could recall I didn’t remember seeing any netting on their hair which is something that is very important when handling food.It’s sad that I didn’t feel that their customer service was up to par. The food wasn’t good. Not only that but also making the customer feel uncomfortable by laughing at their order. I don’t think I can come back to this subway again.

THEY DID ME DIRTY. I ordered subway, mistake. Because apparently that means oh they're not watching us make it so I'll skimp on the toppings. I spent 18$ on a 6inch and a drink and a bag of chips. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. Are you serious? BE MORE GENEROUS WITH THE TOPPINGS. Last time ordering there. Oh and I bought it through their app on guest. So no refund.
