I went into Henry's to figure out what solution would work best for my work. My camera knowledge is very limited, I am so appreciative that Jenna spent the time educating me, helping me figure out what the best fit is for what I need to do and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I would need!Will definitely be coming back to get a few more items and will make sure that she's there to help us! Thank you Jenna!

Had a great experience here. Chris was super helpful taking a beginner through the different options for entry-level cameras. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs expert advice.

If i could give this location less stars, I would. Every experience i have had with this location has been stressful and incompetent. It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy ONE lens. I’ve now even called ahead so I don’t waste my gas (since I have to drive 30 minutes to get there) and STILL when I arrive, they have wasted my time. They apparently don’t know their procedures, their managers can’t manage, and they could care less about their customer relations.

I had a bad experience with another Henry's location that's why I was little hesitant to go into this location. Since I moved to the area, I thought I should give it a go. I am very glad I did that. Great staff, everyone is very helpful. I usually deal with David and he is great. When they need to order something, it always comes before the time they promised. So far usually the next day. The reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that they do not carry higher end pro products or they are not in stock. This forces me to go to Mississauga to other" camera store. Bet at the end

I'm writing this review to express my gratitude to the employees of this Henry's location for helping me with issues I had with an online order. More specifically, Matt was a huge help and went above and beyond to correct some issues. Management at Henry's Kitchener was also quite helpful.I had placed an order online for a camera and lens and realized I missed a limited-time offer. The online Henry's support team was disappointingly unresponsive to my requests to make changes to my order. It wasn't until I spoke with Matt at Henry's Kitchener that we were able to get things sorted out and fix some of these issues. As it turns out, in addition to my original issue, I faced many other online ordering problems including a transaction that did not go through that I was not notified about. Only by talking with Henry's Kitchener was I able to get the support I needed.I am very hesitant to purchase anything from the Henry's online store again, but I now know that I can trust Henry's Kitchener to provide the support and service I expect to accompany such an important purchase as a new camera.

These guys have a bit of everything, from Ilford b&w and large format film to current digital toys and accessories". And most of it is in stock in the store

I was researching some expensive printing equipment today. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in stock, but Hailey was amazing! She did her best to answer all my questions, (There were quite a few). She worked with me to scan my artwork using various settings in order to try to get the photos to match the original painting as closely as possible. She was so very helpful and patient. Christian was very helpful, I have been back and forth with buying an expensive camera and he was able to answer all of my questions. He even dug deeper to giving me advice on what kind of lens I would need and helped me search for all other options. Overall a great experience and very helpful!
