Dr Jiao Yang

This doctor was so rude and not pleasant to communicate with… her staff was pleasant and kind however talking with this doctor for the first time today made me realize the importance of having a kind bedside manner with proper communication skills because let me tell you this doctor has zero!

I have had Dr Yang as my cardiologist for the last 4+ years and have found her to be thorough, friendly, good communications. The staff is great as well.

My appointment was not pleasant , she made me feel like I shouldn't be there or was worthy of her time. Don't worry, I will make sure my doctor doesn't not refer me to you again.

My experience was excellent with Dr Jiao Yang's receptionist. I was in the office on Jan 27,2022 and they have made changes with the staff in the summer of 2021. The receptionist that was getting so many negative reviews is no longer there. I was very pleased with everything from the receptionist to the technologist who performed my test. Thank you to all Dr Yang's staff!

Needs a reminder system of appointments not a $150 fine

Like the other reviewers, I would give a zero if I could all because of the receptionistAlthough i liked my first visit with Dr Yang she did not write in my chart that I was ok to travel as long as I took my meds.Trying to get the simple task of getting that note into my file completed thru her very rude, unprofessional receptionist (she even ignores you when you ask her a question) is like pulling teeth.I have called 5 times to ensure this is done so I am able to get travel insurance BUT NOPE not done, although I have explained the situation and the short timeline. Oh ya, and i needed to expedite the ECO GRAM Dr Yang requested, again for travel insurance....no help there either, as far as the receptionist was concerned she had submitted my requisition and was not going to help in any way......dealing with her is very very uncomfortable and stressfulI have even gone to the office in person to ask personally....NOPE NOT DONE. Really, is my cardiologist so busy that a very simple note can’t get Into my file......not very encouraging.Too bad the receptionist drags down this doctors experience. BEWARE OF RECEPTIONIST.

dr Yang is good, receptionists not so good. Appt 8:30, arrived at 8:20, door locked so I knocked no answer. Called message said they were closed. I waited in hall way. By 8:35 tried door again, knocked and the receptionist looked her head out from another door and said come in the door is unlocked. I said it’s locked- she said oh I thought I unlocked it. She then unlocked Then I entered to be told I was late and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. What the heck I was waiting outside since 8:20…

Was given 2 separate appointment dates, I called and left a message asking them which appointment was the correct one and never heard back from them, completely unprofessional, this place is suppose to help people, not ignore them, would give zero stars if I could.
