They refused my package with a pre-paid ups label? What the hell? I had to go to another ups store to ship it. Something is definitely wrong with your staff at that location.

My Husband ordered a parcel that was meant to be signed for , it was a a very expensive diamond ring with a value of 10 thousand dollars the people’s recamended we order it so of course we did . These guys just threw it in between the 2 doors and left it there . I was so upset anyone could have stold it so irresponsible

So my husband and I ordered from addidas and unfortunately UPS messed up our package’s location. They send it to our old address in New Brunswick where it clearly states on our order information, billing and shipping, our Alberta address where we live for 4 years now. We have a case number for this issue. What is more frustrating is someone claimed our package from this location. Someone claimed our package WITHOUT an ID! Way to go UPS.

They never lift calls even when called during working hours and even when there are no customers. Poor service. I don’t understand why they have when they won’t attend their customers on call.

Although I don't particularly love UPS as a carrier, the service I've received here was acceptable. I've sent packages and picked up packages from this location 4 times in the last 2 months. I've always been served by the long haired gentleman who has been kind and courteous each and every time. Store is small and cramped and I understand that it is difficult to serve everyone at once. I've waited maximum ~5 minutes in line which is nothing to complain about by today's standards. I will keep going to this location when I have no choice other than to utilize UPS services.

Received very poor service with attitude. With customers waiting at the counter one employee was working a machine with the other just watching. There were now 4 customers waiting for service. No one was even acknowledging the customers at the counter. When I spoke up we were told to wait. When I finally received service. The package I shipping was taken from me and thrown on the floor. I will take my business some where else in the future.

The staff was very attentive and useful in processing a relatively urgent demand for a university class. When I went to pick up the order, the employee was very nice and insisted in bringing the heavy box of copies to my car for me even though I had parked (too) far from the door! I did find the copies were expensive, but where aren't they nowadays? The service was superb.
