Had a great experience at Gyro Mazda! The customer Service was very good and the Sales Manager, Saiss, was very helpful and patient and was able to answer all my questions!Very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend working with this team if you’re looking for a car!

I purchased a car from the dealership, but noticed a strong cigarette odor before buying it and stated my concern for my toddler that I often travel with. The salesperson assured me that the smell would be completely eliminated using their equipment. However, when I picked up the car, the smell hadn't changed at all, and no effort was made to mask it. I contacted the manager, who agreed to reimburse me for a professional steam cleaning. I paid for the detail and provided the invoice as requested. Despite following up four times with management, including the partners JP, Paul, and Jim, two months have passed without hearing back or the promised reimbursement.

I love this place !Danish was my sales guy, he was so efficient, polite and very helpful. He was not at all pushy in selling the used car to me. He just gave me very good options and some insights to the sales tricks that other dealers use etc. which I was not aware of.This enabled me and my thought process and guess what ? I bought the car !!I ended up getting a great deal and the car.Sales/ Business manager - Kevin is very polite, friendly and very helpful. He gave me great deal and supported me in all my decision.I despise pushy and aggressive sales people and these guys are awesome. Not the typical used car sales guys.Anna-Maria is the finance manager and she is simply superb ! Friendly l, hilarious, energetic and very very helpful.She gave awesome options for me to decide while buying the car from them.Owners pls note - please give them a pat on the back. Give them a raise or promote them. They are awesome and don’t lose them.

Horrible customer service, so many issues through the entire process from start to finish. We made an appointment to speak to a sales associate, they left us sitting there waiting for over an hour because no one told them we were there (it wasn't even busy). We did end up going through with purchasing a vehicle about two weeks ago. Prior to purchasing, during the approval phase, they continuously called me multiple times after I explained I was in Europe for a vacation and did not want to speak to them at that time - clearly only concerned with making the sale. When we went to discuss financing, the advisor was yelling at his assistant literally through the wall and it was SUPER uncomfortable and incredibly rude. Oh and I have yet to receive my $500 deposit back even though I have contacted them on 3 separate occasions, they just keep passing me on to someone else and saying someone will get back to me. I truly thought this dealership had a good reputation and were trustworthy but I recommend shopping elsewhere for a vehicle because these people are a total disaster. If I could give 0 stars I would.Update - I have finally received my deposit back, but only after contacting them over 5 times in 1 week and chasing them down. The financing guy was incredibly rude about it and acting like I inconvenienced THEM, bringing up the fact that they delivered everything I asked for - acting like he deserved some kind of an award for doing his job regardless of how much of a nightmare the process was.

Purchased a used vehicle from them. The vehicle had a few issues with it but they were very quick and helpful to rectify the issues. Dealing with Yano, he provided great communication, accommodation and was very helpful. Overall happy I purchased my vehicle from Gyro Mazda

Picked my Mazda up after a yearly service. When I arrived home, I checked my wheels and, to my shock, I discovered that they forgot to tighten up all lug nuts (bolts that attach tiers?). I managed to unscrew one lug nut by hand WITHOUT any tools. Imagine it falling off on a highway or compromising the whole wheel.After I called them, they sent a technician with a proper tool to re-check all the wheels. 2 wheels had at least 1 bolt not secured at all.Apparently it is not a big deal for them since they haven't contacted me after that.
