They always do a pretty bang up job designing and painting my nails. Took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable when VERY pregnant.

I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. Michael watches all the customers in the shop while working on his clients. This establishment is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been. I have made appointments to help the Michael organize his staff . He and his staff do their best to satisfy the clients. I drive 45 minutes to support this family business. Never been disappointed.

Cool Tech Nails
I use to come to this salon for a satisfactory manicure or pedicure but I will be spending my money elsewhere after finding out they turn away male customers. I think that is ridiculous especially considering there are men that work there. I'd rather go anywhere else to get my nails done, for the same quality (or better) but feel more acceptance. I'm a woman but I find it absolutely ridiculous and I don't want to support places that can't fully support their community.

Had to get nails done for a wedding I was attending. I haven't had my nails done in a very long time, they were in rough shape. But the technician and the owner were so incredibly friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be going back. I LOVE the way my nails turned out.

This place is not transgender friendly. I got my nails done on Monday and Tuesday night they chipped. Paint job was so sloppy there was paint on my skin. They gave me flip flops, which I thought was nice, for the pedicure. They ended up taking them off me when I was done drying my toes. How disgusting is that. I wonder how many other feet were in there. Barf.

I used to go to this salon all the time pre covid. A full set is now $40. I didn’t get polish at all as i wanted to do them myself and still paid the $40. I went home with uneven nails, and one crooked. Rather do my own acrylics, save myself money and they turn up better than going to pay someone else lol

I have been coming for years now. I absolutely love the result whether it be my nails or pedicure. I bring my special needs girls for pedicures and the love and acceptance they show my girls is genuine and touching. Awesome people. Awesome place

I have been going to this salon for a few years. The owner and staff are friendly and efficient. I have never had a bad experience here. Lots of colours available to choose from. All of the technicians are well trained and easy to deal with. I was there again today and absolutely all COVID protocols are being completely followed and, as always, the health unit sanitizing is being completed after each and every visit

I've been going for years as my mother has as well and they always do a fantastic job. Never had a problem with any of the ladies or Michael. If there's a wait time, usually 5 minutes or less. Always having a laugh and a great experience each time. Very accommodating as well.

I do enjoy the work done here but when booking an appointment and still waiting 45 minutes later to have my nails done is ridiculous, they took customers that are regulars that came in after me and started them before me, they favor customers! I had a simple fill and tips polished I was charged 60 dollars because he said it was a design, which a polish isn't! I was there 3 weeks prior and have every other nail a different colour and a design on two nails and it only cost me 45, there is something wrong here! I ended up paying over 100 dollars for a pedicure, a fill and tips polished!!!! If you aren't a regular don't go!
