Go there, don't be a dick, and they'll set you right. Dr. Eby was so understanding with my situation. Just treat the people there like decent human beings and you should have no problems getting the help you seek.

Have been going to the clinic for over two years now and can honestly say that the clinic and the receptionists working at the clinic, along with the pharmacists and doctors, have ultimately saved my life. When you walk in you are greeted by the amazing friendly receptionists working at the clinic. They are amazing and are always willing to pick up the phone to help you with anything regarding your treatement. Dr Eby is the best and saved my life.All in all, if you are thinking of getting treatement, think no more. Get into contact with the staff and they will help you immediately.So greatful for this clinic existing, idk where I’d be if it weren’t for this clinic

I've experienced a few clinics now as for the people at the front desk they all seem the same short tempered but thats to be expected, they deal with addicts making the most obnoxious claims harassing them all day everyday. My review is not based on the people up front it's based on the doctor that I'm seeing. I've seen tons of doctors now because of my back issue an the extreme pain i go through each day, with that said Dr. Eby is the first doctor to ever actually show that she cares to help me, you know what they get paid to do. Now methadone isn't what I need for my pain but it was a loop hole I had found as I didn't need a doctors reference to get in and it would help with my pain. I wish that Dr. Eby was my GP and then maybe I could actually live a normal life. She is an amazing doctor and I would recommend requesting her if you go to this clinic.

Absolutely terrible and rude front desk lady, she should not have a job. Worst customer service I have EVER seen in my life.
