Natasha couldn't have been nicer to deal with and guided me to the perfect ring design that checked all the boxes. My fiancé absolutely loves her engagement ring and gets compliments on daily basis. Myself and 4 friends enjoyed our 'zapped' experience with 'little neary' as we picked out some permanent bracelets. Natasha greeted our group with a smile and great enthusiasm. She allowed us time to choose our piece, offering advice and encouragement along the way. Natasha made the whole experience one to remember for our group of friends. I booked through “Little Neary’s ‘Little Linkz’”, which is a small shop located inside Brancier that offers permanent welded bracelets. My boyfriend and I got matching bracelets as part of his Christmas gift and he loves it. Such a cute gift idea for any loved one! Also great that they offer gold or sterling silver - most places I found that offered the same service were located pretty far away and only offered gold options, but I’m a silver jewellery kind of person so this was definitely a plus! Everyone was so kind and the process only took a few minutes.

I just hope they changes management from 6+ yrs ago. I had a bad experience that wont bring me back here. Had a beautiful diamond bracelet and the clasp broke, they suggested removing a couple links (with diamond). Then they tried to charge me for the repair and kept the extra diamond links !! After a few rebuttals....went on my way. Clasp broke again...I no longer can wear this bracelet.

We came to see Natasha so we could get some idea on how we could design an engagement ring from scratch. After tossing around some ideas, we came up with the perfect solution, guided by the expert advice offered by Natasha. Once a custom ring design was finalized, I had to find a way to get it completed without my partner knowing about it as I wanted to surprise her. Again, Natasha was amazing in helping on what I required. What I experienced was that the service at Brancier Jewellers is top notch, without a doubt. In so far as the final product is concerned, I think the photos speak for themselves. 20 diamonds represent our anniversary. A gift from my grandmother, a diamond, strategically placed at the top. Custom fabricated rose gold from several sentimental family items and a large Alexandrite stone in the center of it all that changes color! For us, it just couldn't get any better. There really is no job too small or too big for them and as such, they have my sincerest recommendation to the public. Great job Brancier! We will be back. Thanks so much, from the two of us, for making this part of our lives more exciting than we thought it could be.

My best friend & I drove from Kitchener to Milton just to get “zapped” at Little Neary inside Brancier Jewellers and it was definitely worth the drive! We also arrived late due to traffic and Natasha was very accommodating & friendly. The whole process was super quick and we enjoyed every minute of it! We love our permanent bracelets :)
