unfortunately the staff is not present and seems like they are avoiding helping people out. I watched a man stand at the front desk for 15 minutes without help, and he even called they let the phone ring and ring…. I watched another couple miss their train because they were not being clear on what exit it was on, the lady responded with “you can take a bus” “you have to keep better watch” as if they didn’t pay an 100$ ticket for the train followed to blame the people. I just thought as a someone who works in customer service I would never talk to customers like that

Always friendly and outstanding staff. The station is relatively clean, with a cleaner constantly working. Renovations are complete - but seem to be issues with the escalators often. A new parking and pick-up area was a much-needed and welcomed addition. The staff is what makes this station stand out from the others.

Always so delightful to travel on Via Rail - the personnel is so friendly and helpful and kind. They even gave train goodie bags to my boys which they kept busy with during the ride. They have a well enough selection of food and snacks to my liking which we also enjoyed since I didn’t have a chance to pack lunches. Taking the Train will also be my preferred mode of transportation especially since I can comfortably move around, access the washrooms, work or rest when needed.

The Canadian train system from Toronto to Ottawa and back was clean, comfortable, on time, easy to access, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend traveling Business Class. Lots of leg room and good food and drinks included.

We love taking the train. We recently took it to Toronto from Kingston. No better way to travel. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The kids love that they can sit back and play with their devices etc. It's so nice not to have to worry about driving and parking in downtown Toronto.

Cafe LovinaWent there for a business meeting because participant lives in the building. The place is spotless, bright,and quiet. I had an outstanding cappuccino and smelled a most appealing cooked bacon as it was being prepared for a sandwich.The cafe is as much a grocery store with a wide array of higher end products at prices that contrast with Super C.

Most of the time is not so bad. Three hours delay not so kewl. Updates every 20 minutes insufficient. The food they provided compensated for a minute but at the end, how many of us had our scheduled life affected?

First time taking Via Rail, but after having taken trains extensively throughout Europe and Asia, the complete disregard of punctuality with trains in Canada is shocking. Half an hour late from arrival time without so much as an explanation or even a notification! This would be unthinkable anywhere else.

My experience using a few trains here were good and I will likely use it again. The station is kept pretty clean. Driving in and around the lots can be sorta frustrating when it gets busy so I would recommend using public transit to get here when possible. It would be nice to have a few more options for food/drink like Tim Hortons or subway instead of just one very small coffee shop
