RBC Royal Bank

Its bar far the slowest branch than I have seen. there are people in line and you have open stations, why everyone are walking around looking at each other,

Extremely unhelpful staff. You have to chase the advisors for days in order for them to get back to you. I have an issue with my TFSA and if it does not get resolved in a few days I will be in trouble. I had to make an appointment with another branch.

Walked in there to purchase Euros for a Funeral in Italy, I was only one in line, no greeting, no friendly smiles whatsoever, told me they didn't have Euros, which I found very unusual being a major bank branch, told me had to to other branch, no apologies at all. Last time I come to this branch for anything!

I open a new bank account today and the person that helped me was very Nice and very helpful...THANK YOU.. JESSICA LI..

I came to this RBC location with my older brother. When it was our turn, all the bankers laughed at him because he didn't notice the lady waving at him. What they don't realize is that their setup is ridiculous, you can only see 2 bankers from the line up. I rarely leave a review but I've never witnessed such disrespect at a professional establishment. I hope they learn to treat customers properly. Absolute nonsense.

The lady that served me was ok.She didn't know much about their own rewards program.

I have never experienced such poor service from a banking institution. I was handled by an asian lady that was in-experienced and unhelpful in all my issues both times I had inquired about.Initially I had problems with my account and inquired about receiving a new card, to only be told to wait for a new card in a mail. This would be fine as I didn’t mind waiting.I then had issues with a different card a week later, and then was informed by the SAME lady to call the rbc support line, to which I had previously tried to only be put on hold for 30-40 minutes. After waiting an hour on call, the rbc representative informed me to go back to the branch to resolve my issue, and that the branch representative should have understood the issue and was unfortunate she wasn’t able to at first.I then was informed in the same call that the bank was to never send a card in the mail as told by this lady at the branch and that he would send me a working solution as of now.I was appalled by this experience as I had been in-person both times, and was basically told the branch was unable to do anything and was useless. ONLY to have my issues resolved after waiting an hour on call, and told to go back to the branch for said issues.The representative in the branch that was supposedly there to HELP me, was the most misinformed and useless employee I’ve seen. I really don’t understand how they couldn’t resolve any issues with any of my banking needs at the end of the day.
