I had the best pharmacy experience with this Shoppers Drug Mart location! Madhav and Radmila were both incredible and genuine. They both helped me sort out an issue with my current pharmacy that was causing me so much stress. Their work is diligent and is done with such a positive and approachable attitude. They make you feel comfortable and supported as a patient/customer. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone :)

I am visiting Ottawa from the west coast and was running out of my medication. Pharmacist Sarosh Tamboli was able to help me by contacting my home pharmacy. In less than a day he was able to supply me with a weeks worth of medication. What a relief!Thanks so much.

sarosh was the best pharmacist i've ever had! i needed my prescription before 9:30pm (they close at 10pm) and he immediately finished my order in less than 10 minutes (i called at 9 pm and the order was done in 10 minutes). he called another pharmacy to transfer my information over and finished my prescription in that time. amazing service 10/10

Dr. Tamboli was really helpful and walked me through the transfer process to this pharmacy. I was stressed but he was super kind and stayed past his shift to help me out even though he was in a rush. Best pharmacist ever!! Would definitely recommend him!
