The floors are sticky cleaning needs to be done inside and out. Was getting a Pepsi and dead mouse in refrigerator. Clean your store.

Ordered 2x 12 chicken wings via UberEats and I picked it up myself. When I finally got home I found out that they only gave me 1x 12 chicken wings.

I want to 711 the other day to grab a coffee and something to eat I just had to tell everybody whatever you do do not buy coffee from there at any 711 the coffee taste so gross they don't clean the machines and the fried chicken and other so called cooked food is terrible I will never eat or drink anything from there they overcharged and the stores are always filthy dirty and there's always homeless people outside the stores and they don't do anything about it nothing against homeless people but they could go out there and tell him to leave but they don't but anyways the coffee the food is just terrible you'd be better off going for coffee at a Chevron trible will never go back

I ordered 7-11 orders in 7up app. When I picked up the order, I wanted to check the items inside the package. However, he was very rude and kept saying that I should not check the items. I told him that this was my right to check my order. He continually said you could not check your order so and so. Also, he said if your order has a problem, even if the item is expired, they will not do anything but ask me to report it to the uber app. So, he does not even know about the services of the 7-11 where he works. I recommend customers shop in other locations than this location; this location's customer service is terrible and needs retraining for sure.

This is a very terrible location, cant imaging a 7-11 can be this bad. First time i order a milk to pick up, they gave me a jar that container is badly damaged. I politly asked the staff if I can switch another one. They said no that is the one i can only get. Second time I order a same thing a 4 L milk jar and that time they gave me a jar that would expire in 3" days....yes... again no switch allowed. I ended up through away more than half of the jar. Terrible store Terrible staff & customer service. if you order a store pick up they would give you the one that they can not put on the shelves. Avoid this store!!!"

They NEVER label the hot chocolate" as being a "Reese's hot chocolate" when they change it.1) I would get something else if I knew it was a peanut butter hot chocolate flavour but here I am with a large hot drink I do not want.2) what about peanut allergies???"

Please ensure all covid safety protocols are still in place. Several customers shopping without masks and weren't even questioned by the staff on duty. The employee told me when I questioned why this is allowed is that they aren't authorized to address any customers not in compliance with the provincial mask mandate for ALL indoor public spaces. Is this true? If so, you need to close your doors in order to protect the public from this ongoing pandemic. I will not shop in your stores until this changes and hope many others follow.

Horrible customer service- possibly worst 7-Eleven.Went again tonight- my mistake. Bought 6 meatballs. When I asked for a lid, the cashier just handed me a box over and continued chatting about his personal life with his friend. How ridiculous!! It’s a Friday evening and if they are tired or have other important things than serving a customer who is paying their bills, they should be doing something else.

Please check your final total before paying. Staff here try to overcharge you where they can. I have noted mislabeling on one or two occasions. With their baked good items, I was overcharged as well. The first time I didn't catch them so I returned a second time just to test them again and they did it again. I called out the staff member on it but he proceeds to argue that I am wrong and that the actual price is actually higher. When I show him the price labeled, he then proceeds to change his excuse to me having taken a different product that has the higher price. I am referring to their apple strudel. The apple strudel was supposed to be cheaper than their cheese and berry strudel. When I called him out on his deceptive practice, he then tried to convince me that I took the cheese and berry strudel. Absolutely disgusting.

I love 7Eleven. The pizza is cheap, the wings are cheap, and they have a great variety of drinks available. Now with the pizza being cheap, and the wings being cheap don't expect quality because the quality isn't that great. I'd say their cooked food just kind of satisfies your cravings if you have no where else closer to you. I wouldn't go out of your way to get a pizza from 7Eleven. Other than that, I'd definitely come just for the variety of drinks, and snacks. Also, the staff has been nice to me every time I have gone.
