Eco Choice Carpet Cleaning

I have used several companies over the years, but will always stick with Eco Choice from now on! They just completed my home for the second time. Lorraine and her husband are terrific. They work quickly and effeciently and left my carpets looking like new. Don't hesitate to book with them!

Lorraine and her partner did an amazing job. I had spilled a strawberry smoothie on my bedroom carpet and she was able to come the very next day and get it out of my beige carpets. She is fast, reliable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Eco carpet cleaning, and will be using them again.

I was very impressed by Eco Choice. Lorraine called me back promptly after I inquired online, and followed up with a reminder the day before our appointment. She and her husband arrived ahead of schedule, were very professional and friendly. I was so impressed by their efficiency and the quality of the job they did. I have been living in Vernon for 20 years, I have tried a lot of carpet cleaners, I definitely find Eco Choice carpet cleaning is the best one. They surprised me , they have 2 truckmounted van , they had a issue with one of their van, the second van arrived promptly to finish to job. My carpets has never look so nice and clean... an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Such a lovely couple! I get my carpets and couch cleaned every year and decided to try a new company. Lorraine and Jacques (Jack?) were so speedy and thorough and a pleasure to have in my home. My carpets look brand new (and the stairs were quite bad after skipping a year due to covid). They also bring in corner protectors so your walls don't get rubbed or scratched. Best of all, my house doesn't smell like wet carpets and were barely wet at all once they were done. I also had them clean my large cream sectional and it looks fantastic. Past companies had been quite hard on the material, but Eco Choice left the material looking brand new with no wear and tear from the scrubbing.On top of all that - the price was really reasonable!It's so rare to find companies that care so much. They are professional, they we able to come right away, their prices are extremely reasonable and they cleaned on a Sunday!!Great service, great value. Eco Choice Carpet Cleaning is AMAZING! They cleaned our rental home carpet that was VERY dirty from shoes, pets, etc.It's hard to believe it's the same carpet as it was almost unrecognizable.They have top quality machinery to get a really deep clean & they are experts at cleaning.There was no harsh chemical smell during of after the cleaning process.Their price is more than reasonable for a top notch job & as a bonus - they work really fast so your home will be done in no time. 100% would recommend.

They were awesome! Call me day ahead to confirm time. Were in and out, no time wasted and very professional. Big relief as I read so many reviews of other companies standing people up. They also got stains out of the carpet that had been here for 4 years. Super impressed with that! Recommend them to anyone!

This was a great experience! We just moved in; long weekend and awful pet smells. They came on Friday long weekend after 3! We couldn't move anything until carpets were done, so we really appreciated them coming though it was a long weekend. Wonderful products that removed the smell; we thought we might have to rip the carpets out. I think the greatest impression though, was their honesty. They immediately said the carpet was clean it only needed special solutions to remove the pet issues. So completely honest in saying it didn't need to be all redone. The next day they called to ask about the odour to make sure it was gone! I said in one room there was a small odour still; shortly thereafter they came back to redo that portion of the room. They were courteous, honest, smiling and I can't say enough about them. Great people, great products; recommend recommend!!!
