Fabulous, relaxing treatments! This was our second visit to VIVA...the beginning of a wonderful relationship! We had full pedicures...we enjoyed professional service, lovely touches like heated towels to comfort and excellent scrubs to invigorate. Thank you...we will see you again!

Spotlessly clean and appointments are always on time . Best of all, staff go out of their way to make sure each pedicure meets the client's needs. It's not all about painting on pretty polish! I have been coming to Viva for two years and have never been disappointed at the service.

Good locationVery poor communication between staffI expressed a wish for distancing to front desk staff two days prior to appointment and was assured space would be kept between me and next pedicure client. Message was not passed on and on checkout staff present declared she had not been there ThursdayFor pedicure I was not so much offered glass of water let alone coffee and no eye contact from aesthetician during massage to see she was causing pain. Do NOT RECOMMEND

I thoroughly enjoy coming to Viva. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and skilled.My last two visits have been very last minute and they went over and above to fit me in. I have always been completely happy with all services.They carry excellent products and provide skin care services that my daughter highly recommends.I do not hesitate to recommend Viva to my friends.

I did manicure at Viva yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately 5 nails lost the paint within 3 hours of getting home. I am now at the airport to New York to attend a function and have to look for emergency nail repairs upon arrival. Very stressful situation.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Viva! We have been looking for a new spa for a while now, and we found it!!! We had such a good time getting our side by side manicures while chatting and laughing with the Viva team today. The spa is beautiful, the staff are great and the spa menu is quite extensive. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I love this spa! The staff are kind and friendly and the service providers are very professional and talented. The salon spaces are very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I've had two excellent pedicures here and an equally as outstanding facial. Wish I lived here fulltime so I could make Viva my 'go to' spa.
