So I brought in my Pixel 6pro in early Dec. Had it in mexico and dropped in pool and phone stopped working several hours later. Its ip68 waterproof. Took it into this location and wanted a quote for repair. First the girl tried to tell me my screen was cracked, which it isn't, it's been replaced. Then the guy that works there had my phone for several days as he tried to figure out what was wrong. They told me that the phone was a write off and the insides were all corroded and it needs too much parts to save. I picked it up and took home. I purchased an amazon phone repair tool kit and took the phone apart following the youtube videos. Ends up it was just the battery that failed because it was ballooned right up, any fool could have seen that. I ordered a battery on Amazon and the phone is working again. This place is only good for replacing screens.. That's it. They're no repair place.

They fixed my controllers, so there’s that. Took way too long, no one called to tell me they were done, put the customer sticker on the touchpad so I had to clean the goo off. Just not the best service, and $40 for a joystick repair is on the higher side. Will go elsewhere next time:

I was not impressed. I did get a battery replaced in an iPod. It works fine. I took another iPod in and never heard a word. Was over a month. I called and left 2 messages- thought they went out of business. I drove there and a sign in the window said “Back in 15 mins”…..Finally- talking to someone face to face. Found the iPod but didn’t know anything/ if repair happened or was complete.I asked for it back since it still wasn’t working. She wouldn’t let me have it until she she “checked with technician”“I will call you tomorrow by noon!” She said.Of course no call. I drove back picked it up. No charge as they didn’t fix it. 6 weeks no communication. I would try elsewhere.

I generally do not give one star reviews, but so far my service has been terrible. I have a water damaged Nintendo Switch, and brought it to them for diagnostics. I was told it would be up to a week to diagnose, which seemed quite long initially. After a week I received no phone call, which prompted me to call. I got the impression that it was a general oh it is water damaged? this is the cost"

My laptop had a keyboard issue.I brought it in and Akash was able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem.Thank you Akash for your amazing patience and ability! You turned a stressful day into a much better one.I will always be coming here for all my future technical services.

Brought my ps5 in to get fixed, returned with the same problem even despite them claiming to have found the issues, spend $300 just to still be fighting this issue a few months late.Friendly service overall though.

They were great...they had the part in stock which I didn't think anyone would..In and out in 5 mins...nice shop nice people ..Finally found an iphone's etc shop that I can trust and Ive been let down by many others..Saved my day thank you..100% recommended

I booked a 10am appointment and had to wait in my car because the lady showed up late to open the store. She told me to give her at least 1/2 hour to diagnose. I called back 2 hours later with no answer. I called another hour after that and was told her system was down so she hadn't done anything yet (seems to be a common theme in their reviews). I told her I had less than 2 hours left to pick up my phone that day. She said her system had just come back on and she'd do it right away. I didn't hear back so had to leave my phone overnight. The next day I see an email from her (sent 2 hours after I'd called her the day before), telling me she ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong and to come get my phone. She said she called the number I left her and the call wouldn't go through". The number I left was my husband's and she could have found him pinned to the top of my contacts if she'd bothered to look and just called from my phone. So

My Samsung A70 was not charging. I told the clerk the issue and he was able to fix it within 10 seconds by pressing on a certain area of the phone. Apparently it is a common issue. He did not charge me for the service. Very helpful staff & knowledgeable. Did not make an appointment for this. Recommend.
