Razvan is a great guy to deal with .Updates regularly on items shipped across Canada which arrived in one piece. Waiting to deal again soon .There are stereo shops in BC that i could have gone to but I choose to deal with Razvan because of the tip top energy he has to please his customers.I think he even coverd the shipping to British Columbia for me .

Entering the world of high-fidelity audio is difficult. This is why the guidance I got as a buyer at Star Electronics was priceless. It is easy to spend inordinate amounts and get good sound. It is difficult to know what good sound is, however, before you actually hear it. Bringing it from a professionally calibrated listening room into your environment is another challenge. Finally, doing it while trying to stick to a budget seems downright impossible. Sevan and Razvan from Star Electronics both spent a lot of time with me answering my questions. Next, they helped me pick the right components in the proper configurations. Their extensive knowledge of the various offerings available out there helped keep the expenses in check. If you are looking to invest in good sound, you cannot find a better dealer. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The best store for electronics needs. We are visiting this store since 1994 era when this store used to be on side and much larger store area wise. They used to have very big Boxing Day sales with tones of electronic devices like TVs, AVRs, speaker and dvd players etc. and huge crowds. Since then we we still visit this store every Boxing Day. We missed only one Boxing Day when when government closed all stores due to COVID Restrictions. This store is benchmark for prices for me. I still remember their Panasonic Gaoo TV ads in Toronto Star back in Nineties. Till date, we visit this store for any electronics purchases. They are the best in the business. Highly recommended.

Where do I start in giving the praise and gratitude to the wonderful people at Star. Going above and beyond is an understatement. I cannot say enough what a great experience it has been doing business with a couple of true gentlemen who actually care for their clients. It is so refreshing. They have a lifetime customer. Loving music and wanting a quality system led me to Star Electronics. A friend, an ardent audiophile, had recommended them. I was ignorant of sound systems. I didn't even know what I wanted. I only knew that I did not want to overpay or buy something that I didn't need. Rasvan assisted me. He asked me a few questions and, in short order, had me buying a Cambridge Evo 150 integrated amplifier and streamer along with a pair of Totem tower speakers. Four months later, I'm still loving my system and have to come learn that I paid a very fair price. Thank you Rasvan and Star Electronics.
