Great experience dealing with them. Steven Berry came out to perform maintenance on the furnace and AC. He discovered issues with the aircon requiring a new one. Very quickly they had Andrew over to discuss options. Within a few days Danny the technician had the new system up and working like a dream. Throughout they had extremely prompt responses and service at a competitive price. Very impressed with the overall service. Definitely would recommend to others.

Steven was awesome. Punctual, professional and Covid sensitive. His friendly communication every step of the way put me at ease. I would highly recommend Steve and the crew at Dr HVAC. There aren't enough stars to express my gratitude.

Steve Berry came out to do a first-year check on our 2-stage Trane furnace today that was installed a bit over a year ago. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He completed a comprehensive check on the furnace and everything is doing well.Steve left us with an email right away with all the details of everything checked and the results. We will be moving away this year so we have all the information on the check for new potential buyers to be confident that it has been taken care of well and they will be taken care of themselves by Dr HVAC.Before leaving, he took the time to answer my wife's and my questions about the furnace and pleasantly took the time to explain to us how it operates.If Steve and Dr HVAC are coming to your door to do work for you, be it for a new furnace, repair, or maintenance check, you are in good hands as my wife and I were. We were equally as happy when the furnace was installed by them initially.

Original review - Mike F. from this company was able to quickly identify a problem that another company misdiagnosed twice. Highly recommend. Mike stated they were unable to locate the leak without a $1,200 dye test and recommended we go with full system replacement.Update - I subsequently had another company come in and they told me that a leak to my air conditioner was visible to the naked eye (he showed me, it was literally dripping). He replaced the exterior part of the system for much less than the cost that dr hvac would have cost given we only had to replace the condenser.

Highly recommend Dr. HVAC. We noticed a leak in our tankless water heater tonight. Within an hour of calling Kurtis had arrived and discovered the problem. He quickly corrected the problem, flushed the system and installed a surge protector we wanted for our air conditioner unit while waiting. Thanks Kurtis. Really appreciate your quick response.

My furnace stopped working and within the hour Mike F. showed up and repaired the unit. The dispatcher (Ashley) and Mike were extremely helpful, responsive, professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company and these employees for your HVAC needs.

Yesterday I had a sales call from Dr. HVAC and felt it was important to acknowledge deserving people. Bruna, the technician, made it an extremely pleasant experience. She maintained a highly positive attitude and was quickly able to build a relationship with me. She arrived with a heater and although I didn't need it, I immediately felt her empathy with what was a potential stressful situation (non-functional furnace). She understands how to make a real difference in a potential customer's experience. Bruna's professionalism and expertise is only one of her strengths.Bruna appeared to take great pride in explaining how furnaces work to a layman. She clearly communicated and was patient when answering questions. She never made me feel inadequate for not knowing what came so naturally to her.She is one of the best customer service representatives I've dealt with.I believe Bruna puts a high value on doing a good job, which was very much appreciated.

Bryan came to our home today and fixed our issue with our furnace. I honestly was surprised because we were told by another company that we need a new circuit board or a new furnace and they quoted us a lot of money, so we decided to opt out and call someone else, and we called Dr. HVAC today and one hour later they sent Bryan over to our home and he fixed the problem without any parts needed or new furnace, so we are so pleased and relieved that their are honest companies out in the world that don’t want to rip of people off. Thank you Bryan and Dr. HVAC for your honesty, your professionalism and of course getting my issue fixed so fast.Again Thank you and will always recommend your company to anyone looking for a reputable company in this field.A million times thank you.

Amazing experience having a new AC unit installed by Saeid and Reza. Installation was smooth and the technicians polite and co-operative.

The people at DR. HVAC are amazing. Great service. They fix what can be fixed and replace what cant. They are very polite and reasonably priced. I shopped around and was very happy with their pricing. Once you agree on price it is nice to know that they back it up with great service and installation.
