We bought a 2013 Hyundai Tucson and it was the best experience when we bought the vehicle. Less than a year later we had a issue and took it to a Hyundai dealership and almost had a $10,000 bill on our hands for a new engine. I called tip top and they worked with me to get my vehicle fixed. I completely recommend this place for your used car sales I will never look anywhere else to buy used. Amazing staff and customer service. Couldn't find a better place. And can't say enough about how they help me and my family. When I thought we were completely screwed they did everything to help me even when they really didn't have to. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much everyone there.

I bought a 2015 Nissan truck from Tip Top Auto. Shortly after there was some issues with the truck but John and Andrew kept working on it and fixed all the problems with zero hassle. I doubt you would get the type of service I received from any other car dealership. Every time I was there the staff were very friendly and never once made me feel like I was being a problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I will miss seeing them.

Bought a Honda civic 2018 touring here. The car is great. No problems there. But it is strange that they charged me $40 on the total bill for gas they put in the car that I did not even ask them to do. Everyone I asked also said that’s strange and when they bought a car at a diff dealership it was complimentary. I don’t expect anything for free but it was shady that they did that without my permission and then put it on the final bill of sale which I financed for monthly.
