Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I so badly want to leave a terrible review because my experience here is like no other car rental experience I have had. The website will tell you they accept U.S. Visa / Debit cards and I know they do because I have used it to rent a car before (but not this location). Make sure you have a Canadian credit card and patience. In the end they helped find a solution to the problem for which I am grateful. Not all locations are created equal.

I had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff during the check-in and check-out process. Staff upgrade the car at no extra charge. Love the Sonata. Wonderful driving experience.

Worst service ever faced at an enterprise. We booked the car to drop off at Montréal and we used a promo code which discounts the car price but charges us for kilometers. The person who processed our booking, saw this as an opportunity and didn’t bother to explain how we will be charged. Even the manager was so reluctant to help and fix this issue. They robbed us for a big sum of money. Worst branch in windsor.

Arrived in Windsor after horrible Porter airline experience, but Jeff Newell at Enterprise was great. The speed and quality of service was amazing. Courteous and professional with the vehicle being clean as new. Thank you Jeff.

I reserved a full size SUV a few days in advance. The day before my rental they called and said it is not available and asked me to book another vehicle class. On the day of the rental, I arrived at their location, but the vehicle was not available until 1 hour later. I could not wait for that long and left. Their customer service is poor. Book from another company if possible!

On September 24th i have rented a car at last minute as avis and budget are not allowing additional drivers for a car . The lady who worked on last Saturday is angel . Her helping nature is as good as her cute face. I think her name is rina if i am not sure. She helped us on last minute to book a car and added my friends as additional drivers and waved of the fees for them . She was incredibly kind to us and is also quite skilled. She gave us a 2022 Corolla. We are very happy with the ride and impressed with overall enterprise customer service .

Cancelled my reservation 12 hours before the trip saying we do not have the 7 seater vehicle available you booked.Disappointing and frustrating.

My experience with Enterprise has left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to share my grievances. I made a reservation for a vehicle with Enterprise five days prior to my trip, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience. However, upon arriving at the branch at around 7:30 PM, well before the scheduled closing time of 8 PM, I was met with an appalling situation. The staff at the counter blatantly refused to provide me with a vehicle, claiming that they were completely sold out.To my disbelief, I could see several cars parked outside the branch, indicating that there were, in fact, available vehicles. It was clear that the staff had no intention of honoring my reservation and chose to lie with audacity. Feeling utterly betrayed and frustrated, I decided to contact Enterprise's customer care for assistance.To my dismay, the customer care representative informed me that there were indeed vehicles available for rental, contradicting the false statement made by the branch staff. The representative assured me that a manager would contact me within 24 hours to address the issue. However, it has been a week since that promise was made, and I am still waiting for any sort of communication from Enterprise. This lack of follow-up and disregard for customer satisfaction is nothing short of pathetic.The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty displayed by the staff at the branch is simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to encounter such incompetence and disregard for customer service, especially after making a reservation well in advance. I will be sharing my negative encounter with friends, family, and on various review platforms to ensure that others are aware of the subpar service they can expect from Enterprise.
