La Source

Not a good store for me as my French is almost non-existent, but they had the items I needed.

Went in to upgrade my plan with Virgin and get a new phone, because the kiosk at the mall said I had to call customer service, despite the text i received saying to go in to a Virgin store. The staff at the Source was immediately willing to help, and got me a great deal on a new S8 with a $100 gift card. Great customer service, even when things got super hectic. New girl was proactive even when she wasn't sure what to do. Supervisor and other employees were quick to help out as well. A+ from me!

I went to return a nintendo console with all the packaging and no defects. Straight up , the supervisor told me that I can't return the console . He tells me that I should read the back of the of the receipt . He adds that everything with a Logiciel is not returnable ( meaning that a product which has software is not returnable). I reply by asking him if a TV is returnable he says , Yes, I tell him that TV has Logiciel as well . Why could I return that but not the Nintendo console. After that , he goes back store with a landline phone to call La source costumer service. I remind you that this is the supervisor .Meanwhile,I call costumer service myself. The employee on the phone tells me that indeed I am able to return the product . While I am on the phone , the supervisor comes back and looks at my console without saying anything . He starts typing something on the keyboard . He tells me that the person on the phone told him not to return it but he will do me a favor and return it ..... I tell him that the customer service employee that I talked with said otherwise. At this point I don't care what the person he talked with apparently said to him on the phone .He could have passed me the phone but decided to hang up and start the refund . I get refunded and leave the store .

I came to the source for help about my phone and data management and I don’t know how to fix the issue. Ben Bertrand was able to help me with every question I had, I really appreciated it. Would highly recommend, good sell man.

Amazing service! Went on black friday and bought 3 IPhone, all employees were very helpfull. Also I received a total of 900$ in gift cards with the phones and they even took the time to fully set up the phones for me.

I went into la Source and the 4 young gentleman were so willing to help… they were very polite and very honest as I needed an hdmi cable for my new tv…they went and got exactly what I needed and it was a bonus that it was on sale…, I had an excellent experience with those 4 guys great job on your customer service skills!!! Kudos!!!!

I needed some major help with my cell. Had lots of issues with my phone, where most staff/workers are not interested in helping you out. (Even if you purchased the phone there ...the customer service is just not there!!!) Had asked elsewhere, and had different stories etc. (Basically brushing me off, and not interested in helping at all!!!) Well at La Source, I had very good service from Mr Stevie Gahizi! So knowledgeable and patient, respectful, he explained everything which made it easier to comprehend....I know they are not technicians" and they are there to sell only

They have great products but the staff are kind of obnoxious. They don't really want to help you and when you ask for the cheaper option they hassle you that you should pay more.

Went there today to purchase a new IPhone pro Max and was taken care of the manager Gael at the galerie de Hull store and was extremely pleased by the service I received and the knowledge of the Manager. I would recommend la source at les galeries to anyone.
