Hudsons Canada's Pub
Enjoyed the open windows to take advantage of the summer weather and people watching, but it was almost too noisy. Between the sirens, loud motors, and blaring music, it was hard to have a conversation. Not to mention the occasional new friend who tried to entertain you on the other side of the seated area...... Whyte Ave is always an experience.

5.00 happy hour deals are great. Food - average pub foodWindows were open because it was a nice day out, only complaint is the motorcycles who like to let loose and make nose for everyone to see them as they pass.

Good evening, pretty well taken care of in a busy establishment. Oilers game on so you can guess the atmosphere.Appy was amazing. We were super happy with it.

We got delivery this evening. Hubby got just a poutine as his main, large classic poutine. I decided on the buffalo chicken poutine as my main. His cost almost $2 more to upgrade to a large from what mine cost.We open it up and it's actually less than what mine was. Gravy wasn't on it, came in a tiny side sauce container, not even enough for the small poutine he received, had 3 or 4 cheese curds. Even if was hasn't paid $6 for the upgrade the price for the regular wouldn't have been worth it for what he received.Disappointing as the apps we ordered were good and I didn't mind my poutine.For spending $16 on fries, gravy and cheese, this was a rip off to put it plainly. We requested a refund for the upgrade but honestly I should have requested a refund for that entire dish.Picture taken after we opened our boxes and began comparing.The chicken one is obviously on the right while the classic poutine is on the left.

Friday's nights gets really busy so it almost seems like they don't prioritize food service, only drinks, although food was really good but it did take a while to get it served.

The best part of my visit was the beautiful lady that I was with. A close second was the food! We ordered from their Irish menu, and we both got a chance to put our names in to win the Guinness bar fridge. The Irish nachos with kettle cooked chips were fantastic! The Guinness BBQ wings were amazing! The two of us couldn't finish all the food. Our server was super nice and very attentive to our needs. Overall, I was very happy with my visit to Hudson's.

The club sandwich tasted like it was cooked with a BBQ lighter... the fries and gravy were delicious! The dill pickle wings just tasted like deep-fried wings with no flavor..... topped with diced pickles. Overall, not that great!

Had a lot of fun for wings. Had karaoke going on and tried the chicken Cesar wings and honey Sriracha wings. I also had a Cesar. No complaint. Typical bar food. Although it was chilly and the manager went and got a new propane tank for the heater when he noticed I was cold. Super nice !!

Came here for wing Wednesday. Wings were really tasty and good quality too. Service was great too! We were sitting on the patio and asked for the heater on and they came out right away with a new propane bottle. This will be our new go to place on whyte Ave.

The environment was great, the food was amazing! All the staff was super friendly ! 10/10 recommend this place! However it’s a bit long if you don’t like loud environments
