Fantastic Alarm System Provider in GTA - using for the the past 15 yearsGreat Service - Quick Response - Hats off!

I want to share my personal experience with B & B Alarms, which has been utterly horrific and baffling for me. Yesterday, August 28, 2018, my old alarm siren went off, for which B & B Alarms was the last provider of. There is a large B and B sticker on the panel in the basement, so they are making the representation that it is their equipment. This siren was piercing, and would not stop. My first instinct, was to call the ex provider, B and B (many good reasons for me to make them an ex-provider). I called at approximately 12:10pm. The phone was busy! I repeat, the phone was busy (I have my call logs). After calling multiple times, and after a rep apparently was outside my house to fix the problem(which he wasn't, because I was outside to stay away from the siren noise), he discovered that I was not an active customer, and told me I would have to pay. At no point during sign up, or cancellation was it ever explained to me that the alarm system would not be deactivated, and that it was still live. With that being said, I refused to pay, and said that what they are doing is not right. When a customer with their service is going through a crisis, they should help. He responded by saying I won't even fix it if you pay me, do it yourself. This is my experience, and I truly hope no one else goes through the same thing I did. STAY AWAY! Oh, and to top it off, the siren went off again this morning!

Very poor service and protection. I agree with last reviewer Ken that the BNB is very willing to take $ without earning it. Buyer beware.

Worst alarm company . Don't respond to calls and inquires and contract all services to third party. Changed to ADT and have never been happier. Shame on you!!!

I worked with them 2 days on dec 6th and 7th December 2021 on sin. I haven’t received any pay yet. I sent lot of emails and texts to owner Ballu. No one replied. When I called them to ask about my pay. They are like go to labour court. They will not pay me. Now, I will file case against them in labour court. The company is ridiculous. They don't pay the people for their hard work. Please think twice before starting work with them. I have the video with your employee where we mount the tv stand for one of sweet shop. How you comment on me as criminals without having any proofs?
