The parking lot at your property at 13750 Bow Bottom Trail SE has been in terrible disrepair for years & needs to be completely repaved. This year there are several massive pot holes (craters) near McDonald's & Petro Canada in addition to a ton of smaller pot holes & sunken areas. When will this parking lot will be properly attended to? It's been years since any repairs have been done. Tried to contact you a while ago via your website & never received a response. Disgraceful.

Please BEWARE form Avenue Comerciale.Especially do not deal or sign any agreements with SUNIL MALL with whom we have the most awful experience.Correctly to say it was a 2 year nightmare what costed me thousands of dollars in losses and 2 years of a stressful court session.Sunil Mall is a scammer, negligent, his paperwork is a mess and a total mistake, it’s look like this “realtor” never attend a school, plus this man has a big experience of lying. He will do anything to make you look like a loser.He will use you and spit you out .I really feel sorry for the people who will decide in future to deal with Sunil Mall or Avenue comerciale.

Our investment firm was taken over by Avenue Commercial years ago and it's been nothing but a nightmare since the transition. No communication, no AGM's and nothing to show for the $50k real estate investment that's rotting in the ditch. Value down to less than $15k. I'd be happy with a cheque for even less. For shame!
