The first time I met Nadia De Riggi was when she handled the purchase of my first house. She was wonderful to work with and guided me through everything clearly and quickly. When my father passed away she handled the estate. Her guidance and kindness helped me through this difficult time and I am eternally grateful. Poor follow-ups both by email and phone. They take days to reply to emails with unclear instructions. They waited to the day before our transaction to request a document which had to be brought to their office during working hours and before 3pm the next day... I had to leave work for it.While waiting at reception, 2 employees were discussing the fact that they seemingly LOST succession documents. The receptionnist unable to remember if she had given them to the client, filed them in the wrong place or maybe mailed them (to the right person?). The place is a joke. It took them 4 MONTHS to send us our paperwork following the purchase of a dwelling. And they didn't, we had to call them. They said they were sending it priority mail. We called to follow-up the week after, they said they were already mailed but within the same phone call, realized they weren't signed yet and they still had them. We went to pick them up before they loose them... 0 star.

My husband & I recently refinanced our mortgage with Me De Riggi. We were incredibly satisfied with her professionalism and insight. After that transaction was completed, we decided to proceed and do our wills with her. She was very patient and took the time to answer our questions.We highly recommend her. We are now in the process of buying another property and we have no doubt that we will use her services again!

To this day I have not met Nadia DeRiggi but I can tell you if you need notarial services there is none better. She is professional, quick and amazingly responsive. From the first contact, I knew we had chosen the right notary to do our paperwork. She did not fail. If you want a professional and efficient professional you don’t need to look further.
