I had new counter tops installed. Beautiful Quartz. Customer service was amazing. All crew members from templator to installers were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Granite Dynasty. They are a fantastic company!

I have a new build house and my builder used this company for the counter tops. I would never use them nor do I recommend them.I had an issue with one piece and I had a joint that I wasn’t happy with. Salesmen came out to my house after 8 months with a test piece to compare to my existing counters. The piece was not correct but he assured me the joint I was unhappy with would be able to be dealt with. 10 months later a follow up happens and the piece is correct so we schedule a fix. I’m told by the service technician that the joint wasn’t on his list that it is fixable but he would have to charge me. I said no problem I will deal with the salesmen. Get in touch with the salesmen and I’m told it is deemed as a pass in their eyes and that nothing can be done.Cut to the chase. Salesmen originally says my issue can be resolved. Technician on site says it can be resolved it’s just labour intensive (3 hours). End of the day the company doesn’t want to deal with it. Poor install, poor customer service. 18 months to get a new piece and blatant lies from the rep just to make me happy until it comes time to do the work. Customer service goes a long way and I would not recommend this company based solely on that.

I chose Granite Dynasty because it is a small, locally owned business, with the owner on site to deal with. Granite Dynasty had a wide variety of quartz and granite countertops to choose from. I took samples home and selected the quartz design that was right for me. I placed my order, they installed them and I am completely satisfied. The workmanship was professional and the staff was informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend Granite Dynasty to anyone looking to upgrade their counters.

Granite Dynasty installed quartz kitchen countertops in our new home build. Their selection and price is untouchable, and from the time we made our selection and ordered the product they were installed one week later. The service they provide is top-notch. We even heard from the owner to set an installation date and keep us posted on when the crew would be arriving. From the person who came to take measurements, the crew who performed the install, to the owner himself, they are all such kind and professional people who really go the extra mile for their customers. Wow what a pleasant experience dealing with these guys! The quartz product is top quality..the installers were knowledgeable,fast and efficient and a minor glitch in the island countertop measurement was quickly rectified by management. Thanks for the good experience!

Went with Granite Dynasty because one of the workers there was a close friend to my late brother and nephew to our contractor. We got a good deal on a beautiful black granite countertop for the house I'm renovating. Called them in last week to come measure out our newly-installed kitchen cupboards, and installation happened only a couple days later. The work was flawless. They'll be hearing from us again for my parents' home in the future.

Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful from the second we walked into the showroom, until the day our countertops were installed.Super quick turnaround - we only waited 5 days between templating and installation.They look incredible and we cannot recommend Granite Dynasty enough!
