Update as of 26/09/2022: the battery backup system they sold me has endured Hurricane Fiona and the days of rain afterwards. Battery light still isn't indicating any troubles!Quote and installation for an in-ground sump pump system were quick and professional. Estimator made sure to lay out the fixed cost of the system and ensured that I understood how costs could escalate if digging conditions were unfavorable.Install was quick and successful.Technicians responded quickly when the unit floats stopped triggering the pumps and made appropriate adjustments to permanently fix the issue.All parties spent the time to make sure I understand the system and maintenance.Very impressed, would use again.

We purchased a century home that needed drastic help as the stone basement walls were beginning to collapse. Brian and his team rose to the challenge, installing two interior retaining walls, a steel support beam, new footings and Jack posts, a drainage system and a sump pump. Our floors no longer bounce! 10 out of 10 would recommend. They answered all our questions and concerns along the way and we’re always friendly and courteous. Will be hiring again in the future for the other walls. They were also great with our dogs for the pet owners out there! ;)

Showed up late to do an assessment for a quote. Never got the quote, even after follow up. Don't understand why they're rated so highly, based on this experience.

My basement now leaks into the area where my furnace and hot water tank is. The owner James Stewart would not even come out and look at it, never mind repair it. Good luck with theses guys

I contacted AquaTight in New Minas. First estimate" more than doubled. All was well for the first year. Then problem arose and J from AT got Mom to pay for another new pump. Not sure what happened to the warranty on the first one

Great team - highly recommended. We had a section of foundation sealed from outside, drainage and sump pump installed; then also a crack repair done from inside (garage, below grade, exposed concrete wall) and they did all work required efficiently, with clear communication, very professional, highly recommended.

We just had our basement repaired by Aquatight basements and it was a good experience. The workers were professional and pleasant. Always on time.Brian was very obliging and kept us in the loop as to what was going on going going on . Assured us that if any problems arose to contact him. As well he was very professional.
