Been here a few times and most of the times were great, but I did have some issues on one specific day that made take off 1 star. On the day everything wrong:- long lines;- the movie I came to see was canceled;- soda was coming out hot from the machines;- half of the popcorn bag was unpopped corn.But this was on a Tuesday, when they have the half off price.The other days were decent. Nothing extraordinary but ok!

Horrible experience.The only great employee was the girl at the ticket booth.The girls behind the counter for popcorn and everything else were just joking around. Asked for a combo 3 and said that they cannot make medium popcorn. Only boxes or large popcorn. Annoying but fine.The theatre seats are uncomfortable and don’t know when they were last cleaned. Lights stayed on for the first 20 minutes of Thor : Love and Thunder. Movie was projecting below the actual screen.To top it off the mens bathroom was flooded with urine and water. This was during a 3:30pm showing.Does no one care about working here? Serious management issues. Will never go to another Guzzo in my life.

Cinema has not been updated since I was a kid. I don’t think the carpets have been cleaned in 25 years.Chairs are also broken and dirty. And many of the screens are in need of an update.But if you’re looking for a cheap movie on a Tuesday, or a matinee, the prices can’t be beat. Just don’t except to pay with debit or tap on your phone. They’re stuck in the 90s.Popcorn is also really good!

Visited on a Saturday (supposedly one of the busiest days of the week). Nothing worked. Film was supposed to start at 3:15pm. Nothing came on until 3:30pm. Had to go call the manager. 10 minutes after finally the screen was led. Then again another disaster. Approximate 10 minutes after screen completely disappeared. We were left inside a completely dark room with only sound.Had to go again and call the personnel. Which consisted only of teenagers. The film did not start until 4:15pm. Plus The seats and théâtre were not cleaned before us. A total mess. In the Bathroom the paper dispenser was upside down with wet paper hanging out of it.What the F is going on Angelo guzzo ?

Underrated as hell. No lines. Cheap tickets and popcorn. Some arcade machines don't really work and the machine for the coins neither with coins like 1$ or 2$. There aren't many people in the rooms and there are unlimited times you can leave or even switch movies. Recommend it if you like to goof off.

Cinema is in very bad shape. Old, dirty and not well maintained. First time to watch a movie in Montreal and decided here as it’s near our home. The entrance and lobby looks old, and once we enter the cinema, then we can really see how dirty it is. There were trash all over the floor and seats. Popcorn, tissues and candy wrappers were scattered. It’s a very uncomfortable experience watching a movie :(

It was very empty inside, we went earlier than the movie to see the arcade.There was a carousel and bumper cars, both weren't on. The majority of the games at the arcade weren't on, and the ones that were on, every single one stole extra coins. The coins were $1 each.It had an old Guitar Hero game, which was wicked. The calibration of the game was off significantly, but it was still cool to see!Both bathrooms could be updated as a toilet and the ceiling were leaking.The soda and popcorn were good.My favorite part was the seats. Watching a movie had never been so comfortable!I believe in its prime this place was likely popping with people. I'm not sure if we just went at a weird time or not but it had the vibes of an abandoned building

Not only is the customer service bland, the arcades do not work, the food is disgusting. Just the popcorn tasted like carton. It was definitely not fresh and the amount of salt is out of this world. Looks pretty messy too.How about you let us pay debit too? Like other theaters...I prefer to pay extra elsewhere rather then here.

Fithy theathers always, you have to clean your own seat, popcorn and empty drinks everywhere!! The snack bar is the slowest place ever, the people working there act like hungover zombies, they run out of popcorn and slush and nobody seems to even consider making more, then they rush to make it while line ups grow...At least its a little cheaper than cineplex but not buy much.
