Service was exceptional. Desyrae was the rep that helped me and she was knowledgeable about the product. She was thorough with explaining different options that suit my needs . We were helped by Desyrae who is very knowledgeable about the products and able to offer real world practical insights. The service was great and I would have given 5 stars if they had offered to set up my new phone for me. As a corporate customer that spends a lot of money with them I would expect they would offer to do the data transfer etc at no additional charge or at least offer to do it for a minimal fee.
