Purchased 2 beautiful rings and I had a great experience. I was treated well and with my first purchase of earrings and a ring, I came back a second time for another ring. I am a happy shopper, no complaints, I like this place, the staff are friendly, helpful and the place isn't overly crowded for a mall location as to where they won't see you to assist you within minutes, I would recommend this place to anyone, the jewelry speaks for itself. Also based off other reviews, don't allow someone's experience to be your experience, everyone has their own experience some are great and some are not so great, mine was great and I am excited for my next purchase!!!

Went here with my friend to help her pick out engagement rings for ideas. We had the manager help us…. And it was an experience…. The manager wouldn’t let my friend pick out the rings she wanted to try, and didn’t listen to me either. We knew what ring types she wanted as we were already at a few stores prior. She told the manager the type, but he kept showing different rings, and wouldn’t listen to what she actually wanted.. and kept saying he is trying to gauge by her expression on what she would like… which we already told him at the beginning… at the end, we asked if we could get the information about the rings just to compare, and he wouldn’t give it to us. We later went to our vehicle and looked up the rings online and he only showed us the $14,000+ rings. Not impressed!

Tarek approached us with a smile on his face and kindness to help us decide on a watch for our father. He asked for details about him to understand what picks would be better in our fathers favour and he made sure we felt comfortable with the watch we purchased to ensure that we made the right decision
