Amazing customer service, they were incredibly helpful and pleasant. My Pc had a problem and they were keen to fix it for free, and they found the problem in only 2 days. Would definitely recommend, they’re all amazing!!!!

Girlfriend bought a gaming headset here, the earpiece snapped off the other day so we brought it in to see if they could do anything for us. We got the warranty with it (it even says 2 replacements on receipt) only to be told the warranty doesn't start until a year after we bought it. What's the point of buying the warranty if I cant even use it? Warranty on the receipt says starts on the day we bought it and when it ends. Dont bother shopping here for important things, we know we aren't coming back.

I didn’t grab the guys name I believe it was kris he has slicked back hair and a beard he was very nice and had great customer service I went in to price out a new phone and the essentials for it he showed me quite a few different products I hope he is there when it’s time for my upgrade.
