My experience here so far has been nothing but positive. Julie provided probably the best massages of my life the times I have been there so far, and she really seemed to care about making sure I have a good and pleasant experience. Also, the environment is comfortable and relaxing. I can't wait to go back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage!

I had my second massage with Grace today and it was amazing. She has AMAZING technique and does an awesome job to put you at ease - even if you’re an anxious person like me whose mind goes a thousand miles a minute, by the end of the treatment you’ll feel like you can just breathe. I’d recommend Grace and barefoot massage to anyone who wants to feel pure bliss!!!

Another fantastic massage at the best clinic in NS. Jora does amazing, therapeutic barefoot work. Perfect pressure to take care of my sore spots! The hot towels and stones were a great touch.Massage is so great for not only your physical health, but your mental health as well. Julie is an incredible massage therapist! She is very down to earth, answered all of my questions, and made my first experience very comfortable. I had a lot of pain and sore muscles before the appointment and I felt so much relief during and after the massage. I highly recommend Sore Spots - I'll never go anywhere else!

I've been going to see Julie at Sore Spots since this time last year. She is fantastic at what she does. Not to mention a very compassionate and empathetic person. I always feel completely relaxed after a treatment. I am someone who experiences a lot of a chronic pain and stores stress in the body. She is always checking my level of touch tolerance. After a treatment I'm more mobile, flexible, and back to feeling good in body and mind.I also like the other staff at Sore Spots. When Julie isn't available for an emergency appointment, I've seen Nick for treatments. He very gentle but don't underestimate his gentleness. I've gone in with significant pain and reduced mobility, and walked out of a treatment with the ability to move more freely. I'm also a big fan of Cashew. She is such a sweetheart.Sore Spots also has a great appointment reminder system. And I love that I am able to book my treatments online.

What an incredible place! Easy to book, easy to fill out their forms with their booking system, incredible and welcoming staff and my treatment with Grace was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I was so incredibly impressed by the professionalism, her kind and caring manner and her overall talent. Please go see her!!!!!!!!

I look so forward to all my treatments with Grace. I’m so glad I found her. I always go for barefoot massages because the pressure is so deep and so therapeutic. Her bubbly and fun personality makes all the treatments so enjoyable. Looking forward to my next treatment!

Julie is genuine, down to earth, caring, friendly, and so deeply attentive. I always feel like we're working together when I go in for a massage with her. I have a lot of built up tension and patterns of holding from the physical labour of my day job, and from our first appointment, once I told her she can use a lot of pressure with me, it was an ongoing dialogue of her checking in and encouraging me as I managed whatever discomfort came up.I absolutely trust her with what my body needs in order to release. Within seconds of working on my shoulder she pointed out a spot that was inflamed and said I'm not going to work on that spot anymore
