Wendy is a great help who always knows which product is the better choice between the multiples of different products and brands she has. She also stocks free samples from other companies which is very generous because she could easily keep them for herself but she thinks of the customers instead. If you take your time and give her website a look, you will find many different products that you usually wouldn't find at a store in Toronto. Urbangrow is a great place to source products you may be having a hard time finding. Everytime I go there I am pleased. Recently purchased a infinity air pump, chitosal , microbial mass, and a Triacontanol foliar spray. 5 stars for the great service and selection of products and the 5% customer discount AND the selective brand discounts that stack on your other discounts. Good for big orders, you can get a membership for 19$ and every purchase you receive an additional 10% off. Cheers

This place is just awesome for all your indoor plant needs and nutrients. Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful with advising me on some other possible options as some of what I was looking for although they have it can be very expensive as they have to import it and she showed me the Canadian version of it.She also recommended for the amount that I shopped to get the store membership as it does help in the long run.

What can I say about urban grow garden supply?? They are amazing people there and great selection!! Well organized and have EVERYTHING and anything for your gardening needs!! Urban Grow is the BEST garden & hydroponics supply store out there. They have a great selection of quality products and the best part of it all is Wendy! She is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly! Everyone in the Richmond Hill area, really any area, 10/10 recommend going here!
