This company offers the best service! Not only do they come frequently on stormy days, the owner willingly came to help me one morning when I was stuck in my driveway. He came to my rescue within minutes. I still can’t believe it. What a great way to start the day. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them !

Absolutely horrible person. Jonathan wanted a 3% increase from a quote done for December 3, 2021. I agreed and he sent a new invoice with more than 3% increase to expire the SAME day May 2 2022. I pointed out it was slightly more but was willing to pay anyway and he gets belligerent about the increase and the contract having expired two days earlier. Thanks to his terrible business ethics, I looked on kijiji and found lots of people much cheaper, like Arboriste Elite, and booked the work elsewhere. There are tons of people who are cheaper and much more professional, DO NOT USE this guy just because he's on google.

We just hired Jonathan and crew yesterday because our tree was hit by lightning and fell on neighbouring properties. He was there within 10 minutes of me calling, and had a quote sent right away. They started work immediately and worked until 2:30 am (in the middle of the city) to take the tree down because it was dangerous. He communicated very effectively throughout the whole process and took photos when I requested them for proof of damages. All of this happened while we were across the country in Victoria. So quick, accommodating and such a reasonable price IMO. My mom said her neighbour needed a maple cut down (not in short notice emergency situation) and he paid more than we did. I would recommend Jonathan and his crew to anyone needing tree work done!

Amazing service and care. Not only is JFS punctual when it comes to snow storms they are comprehensive in the needs of there clients.Wake up in the morning with the edge of the street cleared for us to leave, come back from work with cleared laneway they even come back in the afternoon to insure there is no snow buildup.Definitely recommend
