Ongles Laval

Used to go there often. Would also buy gift certificates as gifts for family there but no more. Cathy was not nice the last two times. I feel all they care about is money and not the client. If you’re not spending a lot like only getting a polish change they get frustrated. And if you come back to fix a nail that peeled off a day or two later they try not taking you. Too bad after all these years they had to make me feel bad.

I came with my boyfriend and with both got manicure and pedicure, it was super! I love their service. I would definitely come here again!

Been going there for a while now and their service is excellent. Need a place to do you nails. Its the place to go!

Overall a nice service.The price is very average, Similar to other salon (ex: pedicure shellac 45$) . The owner and the technician were chatty and nice. The colors and shades are quite various.The salon is clean and not cramped up. You can take and appointment or just walk in. I prefer taking an appointment so there's no surprises.Ill make it my regular nail salon.

Bad experience terrible pedicure i went there two times a day because she did it horrible plus it is not cheap first times she did not fill in my nails with the nail polish second time in the same day i went there i explained them the problem again there were nice they took of my nail polish but the same girl that did my nails the first time did not know how to do shellacNails plus they are really messyOf the shellac

Amazing service! Nail tech was very quick and it was very nicely done. Glad to have found this gem spot

I got a color change . Cost 25$ which i found expensive. My daughter got manicure and when we got home she took a bath at night the polish completely came off . 10$ in the garbage. Terrible . Not going back.

The nails are well done and a very nice customer services.

This is the only nail salon I will ever go to. For the last 10 years I’ve been going and I will forever be a loyal customer. Trust me, I’ve tried so many nail salons recommended by my friends, I’ve been to Foxy, Chomedey, Goddess, Heaven, and the list goes on but nothing compares to Ongles Laval. The owners know me and call me by my name so the service is always personalized & they really make me feel special every time I go. I hadn’t gone for over a year during Covid but I recently returned and they remembered me like I was just there last week and now that they have the punch card system, I got 5$ off after 5 visits! They just keep getting better and better every time I go and I will forever recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Kathy and Kevin for everything.
