Service quality varies at different BMO branch.This branch is one of the best. Staff there are very professional and helpful. They are kind and friendly too.Very satisfied.

This building has been renovated recently. The facilities have more amenities.

Fix your outdoor ATM. It's been broken since this location opened. Doors are locked outside bank hours so you can't even go inside to the working ATM's. Way to go closing down 2 locations to open this one terrible location.

There no bmo location as such do not waste your time they don't have location at sherwood forest mall too

The wait time is so long. Many employees are at the branch and literally only one person is standing for assisting customers.Have to care more about the customers' time and assign more workers for help!The funny thing though is, the reason behind visiting the branch is because the lady who opened for me the bank account forgot to set up for me a password to the bank account.Take my words for it, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!

I went in person and asked for instructions to recieve a $US Wire transfer. After giving these instructions to the sending bank, i still recieved it in $CD and not in my requested account . I lost a substancial amount of money on the exchange and the bank took no responsibility for it. They blame the sendirs even though it was instructions from BMO. I would not use them for wire transfers. All the other services are very good. I have been with them over 40 years

I must say I have been banking here for almost 2 years now and would never recommend this place I went to this spot on the 4th of January 2022 to cash in some money orders around 2.30pm to 4pm, to cash in some money orders. I must say the staff was new there at the bank tellers and the lady took my money orders in to meet ( who she called as the manager) and then processed and deposited them into an account of mine according to her whims and fansies which i did not mind ( as I could have it transferred to another account).. After having finished the transaction she gave me this letter stating that my funds have been put on an extended hold and I questioned why and told her that if I take it to downtown or Cherryhill location I would have it released within the day with no hold.. I then gave her the recepit of the money order from Canada Post as well and told her she can have it cross checked. The lady at the teller then told me that she has to speak with the manager and then the so called Manager came out of the cubicle ( with no introduction made as to who she is to me) she went on to tell me that its the standard procedure infront of everyone else banking there (AGAIN totally UNPROFESSIONAL).. She should have called me to her cublicle and have discussed it there.. I Then told her to return back the money orders and she then told the lady at the teller to reutrn them back.. I then drove all thay to Cherryhill and had it cashed there and they had no hold placed.. ( the reason the so called manager told me was if the other locations know you maybe they will release it)... The irony is I rarely go to the downtown or Cherryhill location but I must say the stafff at those locations are way better than those at this branch... I failed to get the name or a visitng card of the Manager and hopefully if I drive in again which will never happen I will try to get it so that if a training department ever exisits with BMO I can have them infromed how customers are handeled at certain locations totally unprofessional..."
