The specific service performed was crawl space remediation including (but not limited to) their patented floor liner, sump pump with battery back up and dehumidifier.Best contractor I have ever dealt with (and I’ve dealt with a lot)! Fantastic experience from start to finish - sales to installation to payment (yep, even that). Their customer service - company wide - is second to none.I’m easily stressed when dealing with contractors but Lucio and his team (Stefano and Connor) were so friendly, polite, respectful, and hard working that they were a pleasure to have in my home.Every employee I dealt with from Mark in sales, to the ladies in the office (and of course the installation team) were very professional and friendly. Lucio involved me during the installation process from beginning, middle, to the end. He obtained my approval for any slight alterations from what was proposed, and explained things to me that I needed to know. Lucio is a terrific foreman who treats his guys with as much respect as he does his customers.I love the finished product- my crawl space is completely encapsulated, looks amazing and the sump pump and dehumidifier are doing their job well.I really can’t say enough about how easy everyone was to deal with. Everyone in the company is really great, from Rob M. who initially came by to inspect our basement and gave us a quote to Jose, Trevor and Carlos who did the actual work in the basement. Jose, Trevor, and Carlos were really patient in answering all my questions, they even showed me the basement in mid-progress and explained the details and reasons of why they use certain products as oppose to others and gave suggestions to help prevent leakage from the outside. They installed the Vapor barrier and a new sump pump as well as a backup battery for the sump pump and changed the location of where the water was being discharged to so that the water doesn't return back to the house. I am very happy with their work and the final outcome of the basement. I highly recommend them to everyone. <3

The whole experience with Clarke Basements was efficient and timely, starting with Logan who sat down with me and explained the whole process. Dave and Brian worked diligently and professionally taking pride in their workmanship. They went out of their way to always keep me informed on the progress of the project. They always cleaned up at the end of every day and finished in a timely manner. My crawl space is waterproofed and very well insulated and I am very happy with the results. We were concerned about the condition of two of our window wells and contacted Clarke Basement Systems to make an appointment for an inspection. We were extremely impressed with the information package sent by the company, and even more impressed with Tom Parker who came out to look after our concerns. Fortunately for us, he was extremely honest and put our minds at rest. He even refused to take any payment for his time. We wish all companies had representatives like Tom who put integrity first. Should we ever need waterproofing and foundation repair in the future, we will only contact Clarke Basement Systems.

Great service. Provided a thorough explanation and quote. Ali arrived on time, explained what he would do, performed the crack repair well, and cleaned up behind himself and removed his boots when he came in and out. Repair was finished in less than 2 hours. Thoroughly impressed with the service and the technique. 5 stars.

Clarke Basement Systems is very professional and accommodating. I had a tight timeline and Logan was able to meet with me on short notice, go over all the options, explain what are recommendations vs required items and give me a timely quote.The work was scheduled for days which worked great for me. The workers, Lucio and Stefano, were efficient, friendly and prompt. They also took the time to walk me through their work and explained maintenance and anything else I needed to know about. (Note: my sump pump is pre-existing and crooked - the photo is for the cover installation only.)On the whole, I feel exceptionally well taken care of by the whole team and that my property is well protected from potential water/moisture damage.
