I came in with a shoulder injury from almost half a year ago that I had been neglecting and had been giving me trouble since I started going to the gym again. Garman was my physiotherapist and he was very knowledgeable and personable in our sessions. He provided progressive exercises and massages to ease the discomfort and build up gradual strength and stability. During this time I also sustained another injury elsewhere and he was also able to provide relief and exercises targeting that as well. My journey to recovery started in November and I have finally graduated" with no more pain from both areas

A few months ago, I hurt my neck and the pain was extended to the shoulder blade and the right arm. Ernest treated me with physiotherapy exercises and accupuncture. As I am a senior, Ernest would adjusted the exercises according to my ability, that made me feel comfortable and confident to do the exercises. After six sessions, I have fully recovered. Ernest is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very greatful for his excellent service.

I had a bad injury in my back that caused pain from the back of my head to the back of my waist. As it was my first time coming to the clinic, I made a random appointment with Julius (RMT) online. I was fortunate to met him. he is very professional with good service. He asked me about my injury in detail and how I felt about the pressure. I can feel improvement every time. I highly recommend Julius as a RMT.

I have been here several times since the time it opened. Kelvin was my first physiotherapist and now Sherine is the person who looks after me. Sherine is wonderful. She is extremely helpful, very attentive and caring. She has helped me to walk again without pain. I have no insurance, so I pay from my pocket. Is it worth it? Absolutely. No doubt about that. I will never go to any other place because no one can be better than Sherine and the others who work at this place. Thank you, Sherine. You Rock!

I’ve been seeing Adrian Cheng for the past few weeks because of my lower back injury and knee pain. Adrian is an amazing physiotherapist. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very caring and easy to talk to. He’s able to quickly identify and resolve all my issues, bring back my mobility, and muscle strength. In addition, I like the way that he sets up a detailed treatment plan and walks me through the process.The clinic is very clean and the front desk staff are always so kind as well. Highly recommend Adrian and Launch rehab clinic.

I have been seeing Adrian, Julius and Jordan since February after a car accident. In only a short matter of time, they have made such a big difference and I've had a great recovery! I appreciate that they take their time to explain the treatment plan and address any questions I may have. They are very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and personable!The space itself is super clean, and their front desk staff are always welcoming.I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had a decent bike fit when I originally built my bike but that was nearly 9 years ago and was hoping to refresh my fit and make sure everything was optimal as I was experiencing the odd leg (calf and knee) discomfort and lower back pain. Ernest made adjustments to my cleats, pedals, saddle, and stem. After a number of indoor training sessions, a few long rides, and the 20023 Valley Fondo I'm happy to report that all my pains are gone.Ernest took plenty of time to understand my body mechanics, my goals and concerns about what I wanted to get out of the bike fit. He did a great job explaining how my movements and the set up could affect how I feel.

I recently visited Launch Rehab and had Garmin as my Physio therapist. The professionalism towards my injury and knowledge lead me to a great recovery. The atmosphere and equipment are state of the arch and the office staff we’re very respectful and nice to deal with. I would recommend anyone who is dealing with an injury or has been sent to Physio to definitely check out Launch Rehab. You won’t be dissatisfied.
