Progressive Desk Canada - Adjustable Standing Desks

This may be the best company in Canada and even North America specializing in height-adjustable desks. Very good quality and service. I have ordered twice from this company. Every time I feel their confidence in their products and high-quality after-sales service.

Purchased a desk on a Monday, arrived early on Wednesday morning. Was easy to assemble and works perfectly. Great desk and I use everyday.

Hi Very impressed with the quality and absolutely no complaints whatsoever with the product. I was a bit concerned when it arrived as the outside cardboard box was falling apart and it looked like it had been opened or maybe fell apart and was taped back together - badly/hastily. See photos taken immediately after it was delivered and before any attempt at opening/unpacking. There appeared to be no problems or damage as the inside packing kept everything safe/secure but I'm having a custom table top made so I haven't tried the adjustable motors. The cardboard box itself looked to be heavy duty but with the contents so heavy it appears that the weight might be too much for one package? You may also want to check with the shipper to see if it was damaged with their handling. Again no complaints more for your own info/feedback.

Excellent desk and a great company. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a standup desk. The delivery was quick and the product is high quality. The build your desk ordering process enabled me to get exactly what I wanted. Also, this company has incredible customer service. The agents are friendly and very helpful. Great company all around from product to service. Word of caution: There are heavy and durable parts to assemble so do your self a favour and get help! its is a two person job! 5 stars. I had a very positive experience and absolutely recommend Progressive Desk.

Pretty terrible experience. Ordered the extra long table top and waited months for it to arrive. Progressive desk uses Canpar as a courier service and it arrived in my city only to have it sit there for weeks where it got shipped back and forth between the sorting and distribution facility. Once it finally arrived I was frustrated to see the tabletop arrived in two pieces as it was mishandled and it snapped in half in the middle of the tabletop. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that Progressive Desk does not provide sufficient padding and protection when packaging the tabletop. You would think they would nail down this process as it's the most delicate and fragile piece of the desk which is the primary product that they sell... To top it off I had an awful experience with their customer representative Nesto. When I called in to complain about this issue he chuckled and thought it was amusing even though a frustrated customer had called in to voice the issue at hand. Even after this whole ordeal they would only offer a refund or exchange without expediated shipping for an exchange. So essentially they would make you wait another few months for a replacement.The only saving grace is they will cover the cost of the refund due to damages from being mishandled during delivery. But even then, they will still use CANPAR again and you will have to wait weeks for them to come to pick it up. You only receive your refund once they receive the product back in their warehouse. So in short they will hold your money until they receive the broken/damaged product which you're at their mercy because they use a subpar delivery/courier service (CANPAR).I encourage anyone looking for a desk to go to Autonomous instead. Ordered a desk there and arrived in three days with proper packaging.

I did a lot of research on standing desks and noticed a lot of great user feedback for their Solo Ryzer desk so I decided to give them a try. It was a bit more expensive than the competition but the additional discount from their Christmas sale finally allowed me to pull the trigger. Their tabletop have the holes pre-drilled making the assembly very easy and the cable tray is a must to hide all those cable. Overall, very satisfied with the product and I would highly recommend it.

The Solo Ryzer I purchased has been a great standing desk so far.Assembly was quick and straightforward (the video assembly was more helpful than the printed instructions though).Delivery was very quick, it arrived in just a couple days. Free shipping was also a huge benefit.Customer support was responsive and helpful to my inquiries.

Purchased the dual motor table lift frame…purchased my own tabletop elsewhere (IKEA) as I needed a smaller dimension than what Progressive offered. Hired someone to come and assemble for me and he said it was fairly straightforward…took him about an hour (I recently had back surgery and couldn’t bend/lift, etc).. Also purchased a single motor lift column as I needed a smaller side table (L shape desk was needed but impossible with my smaller space) for my right side for writing…affixed a couple shelves to it so it fits my needs perfectly whether sitting or standing.I just push the button on each table simultaneously and I have the “L shape” sit/stand desk I needed. Very happy and easy to use. People are impressed when they see my set up as other electric sit stand desks they have seen just have an up/down button….having 4 programmable settings is game-changing. Very smooth lift and lower…and quiet too.My brother has a progressive desk as well and he loves it. Highly recommend.

I hesitated a long time between Effy Desk and Progressive Desk.The most important criteria for me was the min and max height because I’m tall and I have long arms, so most desks are too high at their lowest and too low at their highest. The progressive range is perfect for me as it goes lower and higher than I need!The mechanism works very smoothly and is fairly silent. I love having 4 preset heights so I don’t need to play around when moving from sitting to standing. I even programmed different standing heights, for different shoes, etc.The table looks very good. I picked an all white table to match another table in my office and avoid clashing with a built in wood book case in my office. I got the 30x60 top.The table is sturdy, even at the brightest height and there’s no real wobble.It was pretty easy to build on my own and instructions were very clear. I did have an issue when building it, but the person I spoke to at customer service was very polite, helped me figure out a solution and eventually sent me a replacement part at no charge.The only issue I have with this desk is the grommet placement. It’s really large and smack in the center at the back of the table top. I was a bit worried about the practicality of it. As it turns out, I can’t put my monitor stand where I’d like it to be because it would need to be on top of the grommet. Luckily, I already had a monitor riser, which I ended up putting over the grommet and I put the stand on top of it. In a way, it’s nice because my dock now sits under the riser, over the grommet and is sort of hidden away. But still, I wish they offered 2 options for grommet placement: in the middle or at the corner of the desk.Other reviewers have complained that the cable ties do not stick well and I agree. They all ended up falling off. I had to remove the remaining table and replace it by command strips. I also got the cable tray which helps with cable management.

Really happy with the purchase. I've got the corner Ryzer one. Table legs are solid and overall very good build quality. I'm using two monitors and I don't feel any wobble while rising or lowering the desk. I can say it was a good decision to go with Progressive Desk!
